Keep those things out of my back yard. Besides, when it snows (if it ever does) we like to look at the cardinals & bluebirds (bluebird is a nasty bird too).

All birds are essentially nasty creatures. But, I recall from my youth my Mum telling me that magpies are one of the reasons for the use of nets on prams as the birds would go for the baby's shiny eyes. Magpies like anything shiny. For some reason, you don't see nets nowadays yet there are definitely more magpies now than there used to be.

i mean we are over run with these things they kill all the baby birds
and they are unlucky as well :-3
and they remind me of newcastle utd fans

You could use a blackbird pie recipe and substitute the magpie for the blackbird.

Make sure you have a pencil and paper ready as you have to draw the birds as soon as possible after they've been shot.
