I have figured out one of life's greatest mysteries!

It's not that men ignore women giving directions, they ignore anyone giving them directions.
We went to Dallas for my niece's wedding this past weekend. We had a TomTom to guide us. It was originally set on the woman's voice giving directions. As we got into the Ft. Worth/Dallas area, hubby started missing exits. So I asked him if he was paying attention to the directions given, and he said yes he was. This confused me since, we needed on the highway going east, and he got off on the one going west. I told him I didn't think so, since a woman was doing it. So he switched the voice on the TomTom over to a guy's voice. Yep he still missed his exits. On the way home, we somehow ended up in downtown Dallas.
So I once again asked are listening to the directions. His excuse this time, the voice had a British accent.
I think it's just that men don't listen to directions period! :yh_rotfl
