What pleases me about Chinese prosecutors is that they go for the top when something dire happens, they don't just scapegoat a few corporals.

The incident was a crime of major proportions. Harming children for profit is inexcusable. Perhaps the Chinese government should have made the culprits drink some of the tainted milk themselves before being sentenced to death.
