I'm glad you were able to get out even if it was only for a few minutes. Try not to overdo it.

this has really made me realise how lucky i am really to have good health

my other illness is very painfull my feet are the worst but it is a pain that you can get through

the back pain was well beyond that to even move was impossible

from now on no more drinking or eating crap food for jimbo and i plan to lose a lot of weight being 260 pounds or 18 and ahalf stone cant be good for any joints can it:thinking::thinking:

don't be so hard on yourself, I know well of that back pain, you wonder if your going to survive such pain.....it is not your fault what happened......just take it slow, and don't over due.;)

You know, if you show up for the weekend and we actually do this nighttime parachute jump over Hendon airfield you'll feel even more of a wreck by Sunday. Maybe we should aim for something less stretchy?

Daily Mail headlines

A woman was arrested yesterday for stalking a man in Bracknell. The stunning woman was arrested after camping outside the home of a man she met on a forum. The man who does not wish to be named is said to be recovering in hospital from shock and trauma. A neighbour told the Daily Mail that the man deserved everything he got as he was a pain in the arsse. The man's dog, 'Alfie' told reporters 'woof woof'.:yh_rotfl

Ahhh yes.... The Daily Sport..... Paragon of virtue and the highest calibre of research journalists. Stories such as 'Alien spotted in Bracknell buying a cheese sandwich' or 'Hamster with 6 heads eats an eagle'. I do google the Star but only for a good laugh. No wonder your bonkers if you read that. I wondered who the reader was:sneaky:

I'm still throwing you in the Thames and 'Raven' is helping me so bad back or no bad back, your still in trouble for agreeing with that leprechaun on another thread.

Good job Jimbutt! It's always refreshing to get out after being so cooped up. I'm glad your spirits seem a little lifted. :-6
