Men who sulk during shopping trips with their partners don't encourage women to spend less, a new survey has revealed.
But, the ''yes that looks fine'' and folded arms routine does prompt women to shop quicker, the Morgan Stanley Credit Card survey found.
When women shop with their best friend, they will shop for an average three hours and 18 minutes and could spend $28.
But shopping with a male partner will cut the trip short.
The fastest and most frugal shopping trips are when women go it alone. They tend to shop till they drop and spend, spend even more.
