My President tells me that if the stimulus bill is not passed immediately, a catastrophe awaits the American people.
Our former Vice President Cheney says that with President Obama's mindset we are vulnerable to terroist attacks, both nuclear and biological.
I'm starting to feel like my head is going to explode.

Negotiation provides a path to resolution. Killing and intransigence most certainly don't. You're far too excited about killing, Jester. It's the cause of problems, not the solution. Western military interference in the internal processes of the Middle East is why Al Qaeda came into existence in the first place. People who are left alone to prosper have no interest in supporting extremists.
This rose-tinted notion that killing people can be fun - I paraphrase General Mattis there - seems to be central to George Bush's complete lack of understanding of what he was perpetrating during his eight years in office trying to make the PNAC plan work.“I must say, I’m a little envious,” Bush said. “If I were slightly younger and not employed here, I think it would be a fantastic experience to be on the front lines of helping this young democracy succeed. It must be exciting for you … in some ways romantic, in some ways, you know, confronting danger. You’re really making history, and thanks”.You remember that bit? March last year? The man's both mentally and morally deficient. At least now you have a President with a working brain. By all means call him a terrorist if you like, it's been a meaningless word whenever you've used it in the past too.
The word's "Muslim", not "muslum". You just can't stop thinking you're clever when you do that, I've no idea why. Pretending it's accidental each time is plain cheap.

I offer, as the finest discussion yet on "Anti-Americanism", Desmond Tutu's essay this week on the same subject. Desmond Tutu is Archbishop of Cape Town and a winner of the Nobel Peace Prize.
I can find nothing in his essay that contradicts what I've been explicitly writing on ForumGarden for years about "Anti-Americanism". Here's an extract:
During the previous administration's term, I'd been asked to suggest one unilateral magnanimous gesture or action that the incoming US president might make to counteract anti-Americanism abroad. I said that while there were clearly pockets of anti-Americanism around the world, this was definitely not a global phenomenon nor was it directed towards the American people.
What I certainly could attest to was substantial resentment and indeed hostile opposition to the policies of a particular US administration.
I contended, as I do now, that the two are quite distinct and separate.
An elucidating example dates back to the years of the anti-apartheid struggle. The Reagan White House was firmly opposed to applying sanctions against the South African apartheid regime, preferring what it described as "constructive engagement". Many of us were incensed by this policy and opposed it with every fibre of our being.
I probably dismayed many people when on one occasion I was told of the latest Reagan rejection of our call for US sanctions against Pretoria. I retorted, out of deep exasperation, "The West can go to hell!" I was then Bishop of Johannesburg, and some thought it was decidedly un-episcopal language.
I was very angry toward the Reagan administration, but that did not make me anti-American. And that is the point, anger and resentment toward the policies of a particular administration do not necessarily translate into anti-American sentiment.

Your so deep in anti american sentiment that when you try to explain it away you just deepen the resentment- it's time to leave it alone.
Get it straight, the misperception of what I've said and written is entirely yours, it has nothing to do with my thoughts or ideas, internal or expressed. What's wrong is your interpretation.
You'd do well to read the article.

What a very unAmerican position to adopt. You should try to be more patriotic and support your elected Commander in Chief.

Because of the criminal incompetence of your warmongering Bush White House Administration which has done so much damage to your country, for which you have my sympathy.
