Im really hard on myself. I beat myself up pretty bad. I will say on the whole I do learn from them but God knows I keep finding new ones to make and they always seem to be big production mistakes.

Rarely are they little boo boos.

I am my own worst enemy. I do learn from it in the hope it wont ever be repeated but it's another huge dent in my insecure mind.

Know the feeling all too well. Mistakes with things I don't mind too much. Mistakes with people are the killers.

When I make a mistake, if it's a big one, I don't forget it easily. However, I try not to repeat the same mistakes over and over again. Sometimes, that's hard, too !

Mistakes are learning experiences for me. I strive to not repeat the same mistake twice. I am human, like Nomad, and fail sometimes.

when I make a mistake, I don't take it out on myself......usually, but sometime yes, because I feel I should have known better.

The fricking police were called on me yesterday. I terrorized a woman. I didnt break the law I just made a mistake. It was the wrong address.

I'm sorry to say that I don't appear to learn from my mistakes.

As Clodhopper said - Mistakes with things aren't the problem. It's mistakes with people that really are the killer.

Those are the hardest ones to get over.

I'll use a scale between 1 and 10, 1 representing: burning your toast and 10 representing: getting caught hanging upside down with handcuffs wearing a pair of leather bottomless pants with a cucumber stuck up your ass...

Actual damage...depends on how it all went down while she discussed the incident with her husband at the dinner table.

If it was a simple head shaking and tongue clicking followed by what a jackass the numbers right there on the house then a 1.

If it was more along the lines of Im pissed and someone is going down still probably only a 2. No laws were broken.

If my boss thinks Im an idiot technically still probably a 2.

But what Ill do to myself will be off the charts.

I will volunteer to sit in the electric chair. That brings it right up to a 10.

Then when I go back to the right house and if the lady happens to see me it will shoot right up to about 60.

If I pass the cop on the road and I get a nod then its back down to about 20 but if he shakes his head or rolls his eyes its right at 90.

Its complicated.
