What also says a lot to me is a recent turn of a situation. Mr O due to his placid nature

once a week visits the people who have bounced a Cheque on his friend's business. The nature of our friends business is a small chain of take-aways of fast food who deliver as well. With the current crisis, we did expect to see a down turn in business, after all, in a credit crunch, the first thing folk would sacrifice, is the take-aways? NO. Business is no different to last year. The difference is the increase in the amount of rubber cheques Mr O has to visit.

I am so sorry to hear your news Nomie. I hope you find a new job soon. I think a lot of us are wondering if we'll be next in line for this news. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
I don't know if this will help but when my dad was unemployed he took a ladder and bucket and knocked on people's doors asking if they wanted their windows washed. I wish someone would do that today. I'd pay for a regular window cleaner. Good luck.

Do you remember the ice cream wars of the last recession? Try setting up as a window cleaner and see what happens.
Keep yer ****** up Nomie - you've had a lean patch before and come through it and you can do so again.

Id like to keep doing what I was doing. The investigation aspect isnt feasible at this time but process serving is extremely lucrative.
I want to do it for myself. I dont know where to start so clearly I need to educate myself, attend seminars, find out about loans and grants, get business, saturate the area by advertising, making personal calls etc etc.
There are hundreds of law firms downtown. One may not be happy with their current service. I need to find that one then build.
I already know the pricing aspects. I know the laws and statutes.
I need to do some research.
