The greatest American TV show you gave us in MHO was 'Hill Street Blue's' but again, in MHO, only one TV show could out-class the Blue's.

No, I think your mixing up 'etc etc' with 'for e.g.' who played the title role of Jimmy Cricket. I'm sure 'etc etc' was in Disney's production of Pinnochio.
