WILL BE AWAY FOR TWO DAYS
I will be gone for two days racing at the Cheltenham Festival ending with the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
Please cheer on my horse for me.... 'KAUTO STAR' Who i will be watching through closed hands on account of his history of disasterous blunders at the last fence. Although he has always recoved well enough to go on to win, a pant staining moment none the less.
Ducks..... I have your $20 and I'm doing two bets for you to include the other horses i talked of.
gmc..... I know it's tough and I know you will have Oscar with-drawal symptoms but i will be back to annoy the sporran out of you soon. :yh_rotfl
My prediction for the Gold Cup punters.
1) Kauto Star
2) Denman
3) Exotic Dancer
See you soon
Oscar
By the way..... Peter will be logging on to spy on you in my abscence.
You will all be very relieved to learn that I.........

We have the right going for Kauto. If it hardens further by friday, all the better.
I am soooooooo excited. This is my favourite meeting of all i cover although i've been out of action with Mr O's health for a while. The Queen is to be there as well.
My bro has five marquee's at the Cheltenham festival with usually 4 tills in each. Last year i took £19,000 on my till alone. He is absolutely drading a Kauto win and if Denman comes in a second, the payout on reversed fore-casts will be mega. It's really non-stop work all day but he lets me off to see the big race.
The Sun newspaper was giving away coupons or some-thing and i read yesterday that bookie's went into panic when 10,000 extra racing punters turned up in the 'Best Mate' enclosure.
Last year i was in the 'Toffs' marquee, the year before that i got the 'Irish' marquee. Hope i'm not in there agin, they tend to get rather excited and the Guiness flows a little too easily. :wah:
Signing off now:
Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

They do the same here for the Kentucky Derby. 20 horses to figure out. In our house, I pick 5 horses for each of my 4 kids and if their horse wins, they get a nice pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream.:-4

She will watch the runners performance for anything up to a year before the race. This horse is not just her say so, the bookmakers are in a real panic over a win from this one. Do you prefer dollars or Sterling? :wah:

She actually said to me last night that she didn't care about the money. It's some big rival thing with the horse that beat him into second last year. As long as he doesn't fall at a fence she will be happy. The Queen will be there also to see it. I shall watch it on tv of course. The bonus with this is she actually gets paid for doing what she loves.
