When I rented this from Netflix I must have been thinking...WINDSHIELD WIPERS ! OH THIS IS GOING TO BE INTENSE !!!

Are there any plot twists ? When it goes this way - that way - this way - that way. I do like a film that leaves it all till the end to reveal all.
Is there much violence or gratuitous nudity ? Cos I cant see the purpose otherwise.
