The Guitar (2007)
Saffron Burrows plays the unfortunately named Melody Wilder, a woman who in a single day discovers that she has inoperable cancer and has only two months to live, is dumped by her boyfriend as she was trying to explain that she was dying, but was never given a chance to speak as he babbled on selfishly about himself, and then is fired from her job.
Melody Wilder mopes about a bit, before deciding to live how she's never been able to live and leaves everything behind and moves into an empty Lower Manhattan loft, where she spends her final days ordering pizza, having sex with a married man and the female pizza delivery chick, and maxing out her credit cards as she experiences flashbacks of the red Fender Strat that she's always desired.
