I'm trying to come up with ideas for tomorrow for the kids. I know I can get L to buy that the tires on my car are flat:rolleyes:, but have to think of at least 3 other things to do.

I played one on L on the way home. We got caught at a light and there was a funeral home on the right side. They had huge cardboard box out front for trash pickup and I says to her "omg, there's a body in that box". She believed me:wah: and then I says "April Fools":wah:

I can remember many years ago, my dad playing an April Fool on most of the shopkeepers in his small town!

I had a joke thingy called a 'dirty fido', I'm sure you can gather what I am talking about :yh_rotfl It was made out of foam rubber and was very realistic !



My dad nicked it a few weeks before April, saying he could have a bit of fun with it !

My dad was a well respected pharmacist in a small market town in Nottinghamshire (Robin Hood country), but he would always have a joke with people - he was a very witty man :wah: They loved it.

Come April 1st. he told the girl assistants in his shop that he was just popping out for a short while - they didn't see him for a couple of hours !!!

He'd only gone from shop to shop, armed with this 'dirty fido', he was in his white coat, just popping in for a chat ! He slipped the offending object onto the floor near a counter, or display cabinet, then whilst he was 'chatting' suddenly pointed out this object. Apparently it worked a treat each time, with people nipping out to fetch a shovel or dustpan and disinfectant to clear the 'mess' up - dad would quickly pick up the 'dirty fido' and hold it in his hand to show them when they came back to clear it up............. urrrrr would greet his 'trophy' much to dad's amusement ---- "April Fool !!" Fortunately they all took it in good part and thought it was a very good joke !

I did eventually get my 'dirty fido' back, and I've still got it after all those years !!:yh_rotfl :yh_rotfl :yh_rotfl
