Observations from the Mall

I got stuck at the mall for four hours, waiting for Sears to fix my flat tire.

I am very agoraphobic, and don't like crowds. I still do not see what fun there is going to the mall, especially if you're alone and know you can't afford to go splurge on stuff, waiting for a mechanic bill. I wasted an hour in the gym exercising, but that was enough for me.

What I did and saw:

A line out the door to see Hannah Montana at the movies-good grief!

Went to Chick Fillees to get a malt and those fries, that was my supper. (you didn't hear that Lon) All the kids who work there go to my church, I had the biggest malt I ever saw!

Sales, sales, and more sales. And nothing worth buying.

Teenagers everywhere, lots of slow movement of days off.

I finally took a seat outside the last hour, and sat in the sun, listened to the robins sing, and watched the butterflies. Peace and quiet at last. :-6

:wah: I peeked in Claire's at all the girlie stuff, hoping for a granddaughter to fix up her hair all pretty with that stuff when she is older.

All the other people at the automotive service went to see the Haunting in Conneticut. I watched butterflies. :wah:

:wah: Yes, but not at the mall!

Oh my, I shop mostly online for Christmas presents, I really don't like strange crowds. I'm all right at school, I know all those kids milling around the place.

I do the same thing Chonsi. Shopping online for prezzies, etc. Plus I can usually get coupon codes & free shipping. Try freeshipping.net & mybargainbuddy.com - you can use both of their codes for the above.

I really don't like shopping. My favorite thing to do at the mall is sit and people watch. This world is full of strange people!

I put on two new tires on the rear since I had to replace one, they work just fine. :)

Glad to hear that your tires are fine now... a few years of therapy and you should be back to normal once again after being subjected to four hours at the mall. :wah:
