For some reason I have to refresh the pages on FG all the time as it sticks at the last time I looked at it!
When I logged on this evening it was stuck on the time I logged off this morning.
It is only FG this is happening on (I think) Yesterday I cleared my cookies and temporary Internet files, could I have clicked something?

do you log out of FG properly i.e. use the log out button and not just close the page with the X?

I know what I did.
I ticked "Never" to check for newer versions of stored pages.

Mainly thats done so you dont get bored. When you refresh small subtle changes occur that might not be noticeable yet have a subliminal effect on the way you interpret the message thus giving a new feel to the same tired text.
Its like getting your cocktail topped off or being sprayed with cold water on a blistering summer day.
Refreshing keeps the thrill and excitement alive to an almost uncontainable level.
