Oh, I broke my boards first try. Now I can sit down at FG for awhile tonight.

So, I take it you're in to Karate. Is mental preparation as important as they say?

:wah: It's Tae Kwon Do for me.
I am going for red belt.
I am going to my first tournament next week, but I will only do forms and a breaking demonstration. No sparring, I want to live to be a grandmother. I sparred twice last night, but with my classmates, so you know they won't hurt you too bad-beyond bruised ribs........:wah: If someone takes pics next week, I'll post them.
