I've been majorly bummed for months. Drank my coffee and went straight into dog mode - need an hour nap anfter coffee or food. Got diet sodas to get the caffeine again. I've had a really hard time with staying awake. I need caffeine or alcohol (sugar content). I've been told my bp is low - been told that for years. 89/57..or 92/63 wouldn't you want to take a nap?
Does anyone here want to take a nap 2 hours after eating every meal?

are you on Blood P. Meds now?
if not - you need to be - thats low - obviously with your NO engery level
you know that..
get to a DR. to regulate the proper meds.. & you'll have energy
another thought - have you had your THYROID checked recently? it's all connected and one will trigger same signs & false sense of knowing the real problem..?
NO Nap time..
our heat makes me tired - Thanksgiving is the only good time to nap after eating.

Try adding more fruit to your diet. Coffee and alcohol will make you tired in the long run.

NV:-6....I sincerely hope that you feel better, but you really need to get this taken care of soon. You're going through a lot of stress right now...hope things will work themselves out.

You might ask your doc for a TSH simple blood test to check out your thyroid function. Being low (hypothyroid) might be your problem.

that's exactly what I thought - Thyroid
Nalley
There's a saliva test for thyroid testing incase a blood test does not indicate or provide accurate results for thyroid.
Are you losing alot of your hair when you wash your hair.??
are you thirsty.?
I'd suggest seeing a DR for testing..
I'm on thyroid meds - a natural called Armour
I was tired - lost hair and thirsty.
Good luck
keep us posted Nalley

Get tested for diabetes too. Your blood sugar is highest 2 hours after a meal. A sugar rush could make you need to sleep too. You might need meds to balance the sugar in your blood.
