You can deep fry your own by rolling a thick slice of Brie in egg white, then in breadcrumbs, then egg white again and another coat of bread crumbs. Deep fry for about 10 mins until golden. Or you can buy them ready made in 'Sainsburys'.

Fry some sliced mushrooms then melt some brie all over them. Tastes yummy on toast.
I don't know if you'd want cranberry on it still. Can't stand the stuff myself (too sweet) but hubby loves it. :p
Cold brie also tastes FAB on hot bacon. Yummy! Have it in a baguette.
Also, you HAVE to try brie and grape sandwiches. Slice some black and green grapes and put them in a sarnie with some brie and a little bit of salad cream. Mmmmmmmmmmmm..................................... it's to die for! Slurp! :-6

A party for the bride to be...she registers at a local store & you have to pick out the gifts she chose, etc....it was a very nice party.

So basically it's some sort of event where the wedding presents (all chosen by the bride?!?) are all bought at one shop? I should think that there're significant disadvantages compared to more normal methods!

I love cheese on toast but my mother made a strange version of welsh rarebit. She mixed grated cheese with mustard among other things and smeared that on the bread. When it was done, she put a poached egg on top and i think she called it buck rarebit.

Cheese is wonderful, I like it.
Good English Cheddar (mature)
Nice German/Swiss Emmental
French Brie
Wenslydale with Cranberry
Dutch cool creamy cheese
Dubliner Cheese, (lovely on toast)
Goats Cheese (its great with lamb)
There are very few cheeses that I don't like, even the more exotic and strong tasting ones. Even the smelly ones, and the holey ones.
On crackers, on toast, on food, on salads, yum yum.
Cheese, its one of the best inventions ever.

Vegetarians can't eat that, it's got meat in it. Or you could make your own just by leaving your cheese out in the garden for a week.

I was up to my eyes in balls last night. A High Street Deli gives me all their meat once it's reached 3 days old and i had a sack of spicey meatballs. The sink was full of them and i was washing the sauce off as i didn't think foxes would like it. I still got another sack to go. :wah:

What kind of crackers ?
When you make a snack do you cut a certain amount of slices of cheese and then count out the crackers to coordinate with the supply of cheese youve prepared ?
As you cut the cheese do you apply the method of one slice for me, one for the cracker ?
What does brie taste like ?

You've never had the pleasure of brie cheese....:-4. Idk what kind of fancy crackers my mum buys but they awesome with just a bit of the brie. You need to use a small butter knife for the cheese.
