My doctor told me today that my migraine headaches, ear wax buildup and excessive nasal secretions could be cured by consuming the pictured bottle of wine. Problem is, it's very expensive at $500 per bottle and it's not covered my my Medicare or private insurance.

The virtual gambling barons who run the virtual loan shark business have threatened to chop off my virtual fingers and post them (online!) to my family. So obviously I need this money to save my family the trauma of seeing me unable to type because my fingers have disappeared into the ether!
