This is pathetic.

The reason for the rise in the popularity of the BNP is down to nothing more than the disgrace of the present Labour government.

If the Tories were to blame, then people would be voting Tory and not BNP

I'd presume that the reasoning is that because the Tories are now left of Labour the public has to go for the BNP to find a move to the right - their traditional response to a sitting Labour government.

I find it wholly pathetic to blame any other Party than the one he belongs to.... Labour. There has to be reasons people are turning to the BNP which one of the reasons i suspect is in-house fighting and smear campaigns. Perhaps the amount of people turning to the BNP and the fear that they are about to gain 6 MEP seats, might be the kick up the backsides both Parties need to understand how the people of this country are feeling right now.

In their wildest imaginings, how many seats do the BNP expect to take in a general election?

Local councillor and MEP means nothing, a by-election is not a genuine reflection of the people's mood - let's talk votes that count.

Its evidence they're running scared. Who else are they gonna blame ? They need to apportion the blame to the Tories in order to minimilise their increasing popularity. "Look what the nasty man did " Make him look unpopular.

There has been much scare-mongering in the press of late about the BNP and i suppose only the election results them-selves will give any-one a true picture of how they are gaining. I find it all speculation at the moment with no hard evidence by the press.

They certainly are running scared but i do believe it's not the BNP that Labour should be running scared from but the massive swing to the Tories that is on the cards if Labour don't get their act together in the next year.
