hello and good evening and welcome to yet another A.A grumpy column trawling the tabloid news for another tasty morsel.

as the elections draw ever nearer the bnp has gone on a recruitment drive of course the tabloids have likened this to the hitler youth.

there are 33 comments posted at the end of this article read the comments before you make your own mind up nothing has been changed to make the bnp look rosy.

THE BNP is setting up a BRIT-LER YOUTH to indoctrinate children, we can reveal.

Party chiefs are trawling internet chatrooms to lure kids as young as 13 to weekend camps where they will be taught SHOOTING, self-defence and nationalist ideology.

And some aged EIGHT are being targeted by a new British National Party comic. It features a venom-spouting racist puppet called Billy Brit. who praises Enoch Powell's infamous Rivers Of Blood speech.

Last night a spokesman for anti-racist group Searchlight stormed: "This is sickening. Every parent should be warned that it could be your children these extremists are after."

Top of the far-right party's sinister new recruitment drive is their version of the HITLER YOUTH.

Members start off as "junior patriots" at 13 and are given ID cards, a newsletter and a training book with lessons in "ethno nationalism".

Drills

They are invited to the BNP's annual youth camp and two training camps where they have to keep records of their improvement in shooting, self defence, flag drills and ideology.

They must carry out between four and eight hours of "political activism" a month.

"Patriots" must attend all three events to become leaders of the Young BNP.

The camps are held over weekends in the countryside. The last one was held in Derbyshire. Similar camps run by Germany's far-right group, the Youth Faithful To The Homeland, were recently outlawed for trying to indoctrinate kids with Nazi ideology.

But BNP leader Nick Griffin is determined to lure even younger children to his party's beliefs-with a puppet and a comic called The Comet aimed at children from the age of eight.

The sinister "Billy Brit" is already featured on the BNP website where he reads his "educational poems".

In one called Heroes he praises MP Enoch Powell for his infamous speech about immigration in 1968.

Racist Billy rants: "He gave a speech called Rivers Of Blood and never gave up the fight. Enoch Powell spoke for me. And Enoch Powell was white." Youngsters are sent signed photos of Billy.

There is also a website for Young Supporters with quizzes, games and events.

It includes the BNP demand for an official White History month.

Comic

They even have kids posing in BNP T-shirts on their merchandise site and are selling Enoch Powell T-shirts emblazoned with his face on the front alongside the Union Jack.

The Comet comic is sent out to kids between the ages of eight and 12.

It says it is delivered to "all you eight to 12-year-olds out there who love your country, Great Britain. Yes that's Great as in Grrrrrrrreat!!! With the British National Party it can become great again."

It tells kids: "Your job is to find out the truth about what's going on in the world (and of all the political parties in this country, the only one you can count on to tell you the truth is the British National Party)."

The party is also targeting children's chatrooms on the internet as part of its campaign to lure youngsters.

Anonymous BNP chiefs befriend unwitting users on sites like Bebo. They operate under the user name "Young Brit". The sinister strategy has led to a flood of complaints.

One youngster on the site wrote in reply: "What a sad and pathetic life you lead." Another branded Young Brit a "perv."

The revelation comes after the News of the World exposed BNP plans to use internet blogs to spread damaging stories about rivals.

Labour fears the BNP is stronger than ever and could win seven seats in June's Euro elections.

The social workers, loony lefties and liberal wallies have been indoctrinating our kids for years and making ordinary people pay for it with their taxes.

It's about time we started to reverse the process and allow British kids to learn about British heroes, their history and traditions.

Whats wrong with teaching kids to love their country?

Whats wrong with learning about the Indigenous British people.

No racism, No hatred, just pride. Im not a BNP member but they should be given a fair chance like every other disasterous party this country has to offer. At the very least they will give the Lib/Lab/Con's a shake up and maybe then the BRITISH people will get some real recognition and representation in parliament (and maybe the Lib/lab/con's will see some sense and get us out of the bloody EU once they realise the majority of BRITISH people dont want it)

I'd rather have a Gurkha living next to me that a Pakistani.

The political ruling elite just don't get it. Multi-culturalism has failed, and it has failed in poor working class neighbourhoods such as Daghenham and Bradford.

Yet still several thousand are allowed to enter the UK every year, some of whom are terrorists.

I am voting BNP in the European Elections as a protest vote, many of my friends are doing the same. As a message to our politicians to get their snouts out of the trough and sort this out.

The fact that there even is a BNP and it is growing in enrollment and popularity shows a compound failure of our government, education system and the idea of multicultural integration. Ultimately, Norman Tebbit was right, these people have no allegiance to Britain other than residency.

This is disgusting and anyone who supports this are as screwed up as this so called political party. This is child abuse and any parent who allows their child to go to one of these camps is a disgrace to parenthood.

Us British feel left out in own land! The current main politcal parties leave with us little option but to turn to the likes of the BNP. Right or wrong in their actions the BNP are currently the only party who are saying the voice of the white working classes. We are not racists we just want the best for the British in Britain. This is a democracy, this is our voice.

the uk is in such a mess through greedy mps its about time we got our act together, you can bad press the bnp all you like, but its the bnp that will sort boarders ,immigration,europe,its the indigenous that brits are being ,robbed controlled and down trodden ,our voice has been lost to a few do gooders that in my view are insane we will not give britain up, its ours no one elses ,if any one from abroad comes to us they must obey our laws not europes or sharia its a christian land but its being turned into an islamic state, our churches are being turned into mosques i would pray for the uk but there is no where left to do it .its time for britain to be british again so when is enough is enough?

Why does every report about the British National Party have to have a quote from something called Searchlight? Perhaps people should find out exactly who Searchlight are. I've found out its head as a convicted burglar and former candidate for the Communist Party of Great Britain.

Hardly the sort of person to talk of values for children.

kids are taught to be equals in school, yet this only applies when refering to minorities. British people (not whites) British, have a right to be proud of where we live. If we didnt it would be a sad country

Why would anyone be against a white history month when we have an official black history month every october?? Surely that would be double standards! If we want to live in a fair, democratic society then such things should not be opposed. I dont understand why the media constantly try to spread negative propaganda against the bnp when they are the only party that care about our people and protecting our identity. Gordon brown doesnt care about us, he promised us british jobs for british workers and look what happened!! Were giving more and more power to the EU who now make 70% of our laws. We should all vote BNP, even if they dont win it could be a wake up call for the goverment!!!!!!!

I think this is a good idea. It is no different to what The Scout Movement used to be like when I was a Scout 30 odd years ago.

This Country needs to start doing something different with our young people,because whatever we are doing right now is clearly not working.

Patriotism should be admired, not rubbished. This should be encouraged.

It is about time someone educated our young people about their history, race and culture.

Good luck to this youth movement - oh, by the way, I am not a member of BNP but I may vote for them next month because I am sick of the moral and financial corruption in this country.

i expected the journalistic rats of fleet street to make more of this than what it actually is because what we read or see in advertising or on tv comes not from fleet street but downing street as labour continue to indoctrinate us with more spin than a tumble dryer and continually drill in to us that we must be politically correct and listen to the liberal rantings of the beard and sandals brigade.

hospital waiting lists cut decent homes thieves jailed need i go on.

The Euro elections are coming up and it's been hoped by the BNP that they may have as many as 6 MEP's voted into Europe. For Labour and the Tory's this is a nightmare for them. They have to do to the BNP as they do with any other Party that is a threat...... smear campaigns and they do it to each other. naturally the media who are labour or tory orientated will print the very one sided view of this to help dis-credit them.

You can not recoil in disgust at the recent smear campaign carried out by Labour on the Tories and the un-warrented arrest and mis-use of the anti-terrorism act by jackie Smith to have Damian Green Tory falsley arrested and an enquirey into the dirty tactics used by our government and then say 'but what the paper has printed about these BNP camps has to be true'.

When i thoroughly investigated the BNP, one of the things that very much impressed me is the work they do with young youths who have nothing better to do than hang around the streets. I have talked at great legnth on the phone to a BNP member near Chippenham who runs one of the BNP youth centre's and i know what they do, not just read the scare mongering tactics cooked up by the main stream Parties who are now worried they are about to lose seats to the BNP. They should have run the country to the standard they promised in the first place then shouldn't they?

The example of a 'BNP youth camp' that i can give you facts on is the one near Chippenham. It is run by two BNP members who greatly care for the youth of today because as they told me personally 'Our youths are our future and they have been failed by previous governments who have failed to invest into sink estates to give them a place to go, something to do and a sense of belonging'. Many instead turn to crime. These two people started off by taking over an empty shop. They registered it as a charity so they got help with the rates and donations for equipment. They went to businesss and shops and got donations of computers. Three nights a week they train youths with no-where to go IT skills and the kids love it. They have very strict instructions. No boots, no alcohol, no ciggerettes or drugs, they must be respectful and dress fairly smartly or they don't get in. They have been doing this now for 10 years and even run in sponsered marathons to raise continual funds.

You won't find reports like that in a tabloid newspaper about the BNP.

Infact, i'm keeping in touch with them to pick their brains as i'm seriously considering trying to do some-thing similar in my own area where we have massive problems with anti-social behaviour.

I can't speak for others around the country but yes, certainly in this case. They also do not advertise that it is so much a BNP youth centre incase it puts off any youths. I have to say i am very impressed with what they have done over the past 10 years and the funds they have raised for youth projects. I'd very much like to do similar. As they told me.... we all complain about anti-social behaviour but what is the government planning for youths othere than arrest them when they mess up?
