good afternoonand welcome back to grumpy mansion.
tea and cake be ok ???.
afterwards we could debate this story which i find incredible but i,ll bite my tongue
for now untill i reach the bottom of the page.
A TEENAGE mum who left her £1million family home at 14 to have a baby with a Big Issue seller is demanding more handouts.
Solicitor’s daughter Catherine Scott fell pregnant by the 29-year-old magazine worker she met at a train station.
Four years later, she has given birth to twins by another man more than twice her age, and believes taxpayers should foot the bill.
She and unemployed fiancé Dean Evans, 40, already live in a three-bedroom flat in Margate, Kent, with newborn twins Amber and Presley set to join them.
But Catherine, who left a family home in Sevenoaks, Kent, believes the council should provide them with a four-bedroom house in a posher area.
She and Dean, who has five other children by three ex-wives, are also demanding more benefits and say that £16,000 a year is “not enough to live on”.
“It’s a farce,” Catherine told Closer Magazine. “We’re not being fussy but we don’t know anyone here and there are 52 steps up to our front door.
“We also have to share the garden with six neighbours.” Catherine admitted she refused to attend school from the age of 12 and became pregnant a year later.
She gave birth to a son at 14 but after six months left him with her parents, Katherine and John, saying she could not cope.
She moved in with a friend and had an affair with her pal’s then-husband, Dean, in 2007.
The couple – who compare themselves to celebrity parents Brad Pitt, 45, and Angelina Jolie, 33 – have already been evicted from one flat for not paying their rent and claim their human rights have been breached because the council will not rehouse them.
But Catherine, a smoker, insists she’ll “make a good mum this time”. She added: “I’m a natural with the twins because I’m more grown up. I can’t wait to take my babies out of the hospital to show them off.
“We’ll be OK – we’ll get child benefit, child tax credits and milk tokens.
“We don’t want the twins to turn out like us. We want them to do well at school.
“I didn’t, because I left at 12, and now Dean’s 13-year-old son Dylan is better at maths than me. Of course, if Amber fell pregnant when she was young I’d support her, but I’d rather she was a ballet dancer or a model.”
Dean, who claims to have slept with more than 200 women and aspires to have 10 children, pays no child maintenance since being injured at work in September 2006.
He said he is hoping for a £200,000 compensation payout to give his new family a “good start”.
And he added: “I do my best on my benefits, but more money would be nice. I got a crisis loan off the DSS and topped it up with the Government maternity grant so I could get them nice stuff.
“More than £1,000 went on clothes – I got Presley a Spurs kit and bib. I also bought a double buggy, a couple of cots and a new puppy.”
Catherine’s sister Charlotte, 20, spoke out from the Scott family home. “What has she done now, for God’s sake?” she said. “We do not want to talk about her.”
Catherine gave birth by caesarean at Pembury Hospital in Kent 11 days ago.
Her fiancé was not present at the birth but he sent his ex-wife Sue Blake, 51, who he broke up with in 1998, to hold her hand.
Catherine now plans to have Amber and Presley’s names tattooed on her shoulders.

thats more than most families working and on benefits can aford !.
how the hell do they justify a £1,000 to spend on clothes ?
most children are happy enough with a pair of £3.00 jeans from tesco thats what i buy for myself yet i imagine all their clothes will be named designer gear.
when my daughter emily came along we bought quite a few second hand bits for her my eldest son was the same.
even at xmas we bought a toy market stall and baby annabell for emily granted they where second hand but in good condition and she loves them.
this benefits culture needs to be stopped .
i dont know about giving them more money but i,d kick that idle layabout dean off his arse and make him get a job and earn his keep.
i,d give him a month to find a job or stop his benefits that,d soon dampen his asperations to have 10 children all kept by the state.
excuse me while i go and bang my head against the wall :-5 .
