I guess she's refering to the parasite who drinks beer and sponges off the world.
He'll suck you dry if you allow it. Go and leave him to fester in his own idolness

I'd just throw his stuff on the lawn. I think he'd get the hint.

You could also change the locks and file a restraining order to keep him out. First thing you need to do is get his name off the lease quick.

don't buy food or drinks he likes.
hide your money, cigarettes and any valuables.
change your bank account to your name only.
change your insurance into your name only.
phone....block it so he cannot make long distance calls.

You shouldn't be the one too move. Why should you be the one to disrupt your life due to a moocher. Tell him/her that it just isn't working out and that you think it is time for them to gooooo. noooooooow!!!!!!

Its simple change the locks, get him off the lease, throw his belongings out and get a restraining order and stick to what you say. Not up to you to find a new place to live its up the the MOOCHER to move on he is draining you dry and will continue to do so till you drop kick him to the curb.

On the contrary. If he is on the lease its a binding contract.
If hes not you cant just throw someone out.
She must go though a proper eviction process.

Good to know as it can get complicated if someone is on the lease.

Nomad - I think this is that example "Read between the LINES"
Princessla
You've been motivated in a negative nature to Push your "LIVE-IN Boyfriend" out.
or a negative nature that only your knew the relationship has been over...
Be careful with how this is handled -
not knowing much @ your relationship with this man - length of time, finance arrangements - what agreements..?
I'd have to say - finding a personal legal printout pertaining to this man, is just that - personal.
By calling him with a hostile tone, put him on defense mode...
NOTHING positive comes from DEFENSE Mode, usually ends up with Police at your door..
I'd suggest every one lower their tone & speak calm & clear.
Perhaps he's ready to move on - perhaps he's very aware this relationship isn't working out..
I don't support the fact he's in the rears with child support - so maybe this moocher doesn't have a fulltime career/job since his $$$ check will be garnished.
With the economy - this is a vicious cycle and the Amount adds up quickly...
Princess
Be careful with who you date & combined life styles.
Every One has BAGGAGE of some kind...
Hope all works out parting as friends..
