Canadians.....it's our 2-4 long weekend........yeah!

This weekend is usually around the 24th of May, so its always been called May 2-4 weekend......and 2-4 means 24 beer!:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl
Its our first long weekend since Easter, this is when everyone plants perennials by rule of thumb, not before as we get frost.
tons of activities going on all weekend and a huge firework display on a barge in Lake Ontario and tons of parks also have them.
So for our Canadians here, what are your plans eh?:guitarist:guitarist

I am heading west to British Columbia where my trailer is and I am camping whooo whooooo whoooo going with my oldest and her family (get to see my grandkids on their first camp out) my guy and my best friend. I am stoked.
Odie you have a nice long weekend too.

I like long weekends. But, we won't get Memorial Day off where I work.........we never do. But...........I do have vacation coming up next month. One whole week off.

woah, last day of our long weekend, and wow, it went so fast!

It rained Saturday off and on, Sunday was sunny but only 12C, today is sunny and a high of 16C!

Of course, for years it meant in the car and up north camping for a weekend. Then for years it was mostly hanging around the Beaches area in Toronto where they would have fireworks in the evening.
But it always meant the start of summer.
Canadians.....it's our 2-4 long weekend........yeah!

going up north now? omg.....as soon as you get on the 400, its bumper to bumper all the way up past Hunstville.

Enjoy your long weekend! Hey AFTR, yup kids have off Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun & mon and we are bbq this holiday coming up.

soooooooooooooo nice out!
16C.....awesome day to get outside work done!
mowed the front and back grass!:guitarist:guitarist
sat outside and watched the birds at their feeders!
did more planting!
The long weekend here has been spectacular!
