I laugh hilariously watching a TV news crew interviewing some Joe sixpack on the scene of the latest happening. Joe will be answering the reporter's question, the whole time either nodding his or her head up and down or wagging it side to side. :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

You know the type of people who think they know everything about everything? I have a few customers like that. One was in today just going on and on about having to pull a transmission, remove a motor mount, etc. This guy looks at him and says, "You know what is weird? Peg understands what you are talking about. She grew up in a garage." He went on and on what a great mechanic I am. The guy calls me over to ask if I could look at his car that he thinks it's just a wire or something. The know it all chimes in to start the car in the dark and look for a spark. I said, "Wow! That's what I was going to say!" :yh_rotfl The know it all went on and on how he was shocked to learn that I'm a mechanic, which I'm not. Then he asked me to help him pull a motor. :yh_rotfl I told him I can't any more because of my arthritis.:wah:

What makes me laugh? My family & this nutty place.:wah:

Hubs is always telling us funny things that happen on jobs. He hired a friend of Laura's who it turns out is about as dumb as a mud post. We are talking seriously stupid! Hubs asked him to dig a hole 10" deep...ding dong dug the hole 2 ft deep...the dirt was so high! Well the dude called Thursday night asking for Friday off...hubs was thrilled...yeah, take it please.:wah:

Strangely enough, I'm eating a late (10am) brealfast as I read these. And it's a big bowl of oatmeal, with butter, salt and pepper. :wah:

The look on my daughter's face when she opened her B-day gift. The one with the rubber snake inside attached to the underside of the lid with tape so it jumps up as the lid is removed. I haven't seen her pee her pants since she was a wee lass.

The downside is, I can't go to her house for awhile and she's probably looking for a really nasty rest home to send me to one day.

no none of us can figure out what he means, we repeat Kitty Porn to him and he frowns and says "NO" but no matter how often we ask him to repeat it it comes out sounding exactly like Kitty Porn. Then I start to sense his frustration and feel sorry for him.... Ahhhhh but he tries so hard.

Oh he says no because we are not pronouncing the name right, he has something in his head but we cant get it figured out. Awwww I remember the days of frustration with my children too when they were learning to speak... fun times.

When I saw that I left out the word "kitty", after my initial confusion and suprise, I had to laugh at myself. Not easy to confuse yourself but I seem to be developing a knack for it. :wah:
