I have not been in FG for quite some time. The reason I left had nothing to do with any person here. I just thought I was making too much of relationships on-line and not enough relationships in my real life. I really wanted to prefer face-on-face relationships. It didn't work. I don't get to meet very many people in my day-to-day life and the people I do meet I cannot see myself as being friends. How very sad is that. I get really lonely. I liked the people I met on FG - so I want to come back.

Hi, NV. Good to see you again. I can relate to what you were saying about real life friendships.

I see FG as an extension of my RL because I know the guys here are real (not just people hiding behind avatars). It's a world wide extension. I could not go into town and expect to have a chat with a friend from Australia or wherever.

I haven't been in Leeds long enough to make a lot of friends. Though I know a few people to talk to outside of work.

It's Ok.:wah: I eat the stuff every day. Sometimes several times a day. Quaker Oats Had to put on a night shift to keep up. My X wifey got me hooked on the stuff. She made oatmeal cookies, pancakes, candy, stuffed it in meatloaf, even made oatmeal pies. Aarrghh. Here I am talking about oatmeal again.:wah:
