Bugger ................................................catch a falling star and put it pocket!!! never let it fade away!!!

Was just at the pub to pick up a Reisling. Yes my motives were askew a bit . Small town grape vine ....but why the kids first? I bought my children mobile phones to keep in touch with their father . They are getting texts about an accident scene just down the road ( i didn't hear any sirens UH OH!!!) One dead two taken to hospital :-2 who I think to myself ( better ring mum that it's not us cause it's so close)

well such and suchs' boy is having a twenty first party tonight ......**** !!! Of course I know about its' been spoken of for the last two weeks. but why take that way to the party???? Oh **** locals!!!!! So we're all trying to find out who it is at the moment . I walked into the pub . they look at me . " no I don't know" I'm not in that realm anymore. At least I don't have to feign ignorance anymore ...I actually don't know anymore. good!!! I'm just like everybody else.

I get the twisties and the reisling and leave after asking Johnny if he's elderly dad would like some more apple pies. all's cool

I walk outside and a young bloke who I've known for many years is leaning against a car says .." i'm not going to anymore funerals" I shut the door of my car and ask him what he's talking about. (Okay i was a little more delicate than that but that's not for you guys to know about me)

He came back from Canada where he works, for his dads funeral (one of the school bus drivers)..............since he's been back he's been to four funerals.....poor barstard!!!!! He's emotionally spent, he couldnt handle anymore. and now we know again one of our own is dead ...........no we don't know for sure but the road is not exactly a tourist road . the agony going on tonight must be unbearable for a parent somewhere around here . I may know those kids . I don't want to know i hope it's some kid from Melbourne but I don't .

but why is it that the first to know in my household is the 11 year old? and then the 14 year old from his friend ..............it's how we learned someone was dead!!

Just got a messge some person from Melbourne I know it sounds horrible ...........but ........... thank god !!!!..hmmm police source. .... Well at least the kids know now they don't know the victims.....I hope . why that road?

I like the way you translate your thoughts onto the page as if I were inside your head hearing your voice.

Can the road be upgraded with speed bumps or some other measure ?

Nah mate the road it's happened on.... locals all thought only people that live here would use it or someone in the car is giving directions. god I hope not .

I'ts country road . locals know it, outsiders have to think a bit . hee hee heee it's a country road :) .upgrading ? speed bumps ?....you really need to visit dontcha?

Tell me something nommy. If someone from south africa said they lived on a farm and in the never never would you be suggesting speed humps? Thanks for the laugh .honestly I like your innosence. you've put a smile on my face .:)

I have to feign perplexion because it keeps you .......you! I just write at the time I do .....(shrugs) Ya know I luv ya!!!

Now back to the reisling and the Platters. Oh yeah!!!! Got a course tomorrow . apparantly we're to learn how to teach kids about fire safety ........OMG Are you serious? after the last first half of the year...... they could teach us!!!! ****, how do you expalin fire safety to a kid who's seen full frontal why you don't play with fire???????? i'm hoping they've adjusted the curriculim. we're not going to teach kids that have no idea, we're teaching kids who helped put out fires on their properties . ( I love em' already cause they know) when you confront a five year old who says ,,,,can I borrow your torch just in case the fire doesn't light up enough .....you gotta love them ....damn.............. sorry .Even the 5 year olds are smartrer than us
