Ah, you only had to ask one of us. We know what they were serving us for dinner if they said succotash. As kids we didn't like lima beans, so we were usually not very happy with that information.......:wah:

lima beans i have never heard of them
are they a lime tasting bean or are they an american name for a bean we have over here one wonders

They are a light green bean, I have never cared for them much. Rather have artichokes.

Perfect meal - a dish of succotash (all those beans!!!) followed by some of my home made fart cake.
Just don't get in the car with Jim afterwards!

Lima beans appear interesting but lack any palatable punch. Its a bit like chewing cud.
