Definitely the ink blot made by Sean Connery with Q's special pen as he wrote that Fatima Blush was the best he'd ever had before blowing her to kingdom come.

i just looked again , i see a pig type of head its horrible

After thinking I could see something, and then deciding that it *really couldn't* be *that*, then wondering whether it might be a lot of black stuff on a white thing, I decide it could be something very similar to what you say, Rapnuzle. Crikey!
