I checked she was in ther Liver birds as Mrs Thelma Hutchinson one of the 'liver birds' mother.. I thought id seen her in it but it was only rare apperences

Yes, you're quite right Victoria. She played the 'snobbish and overbearing' but hilarious mother of Sandra Hutchinson (played by Nerys Hughes).
