What is the one moment in your life when you thought…wow…this is living...it just can’t get any better than this!?

Mine would have to be by a Vegas pool last summer. I was relaxing by the pool all day having boat drinks. I was reading a paperback novel that was falling apart (because of all of the moisture). So, as I would read a page I would just rip the page out…rather than having them hanging on by little corners. I sat there all afternoon. I can’t recall ever being quite that relaxed.
The next day…I realized that I must have had too many boat drinks…because I couldn’t remember the book’s plot! I had already thrown away all of the pages! No worries though! I was on vacation. Who worries on vacation?

ive had a few of those recently, some i probably cant share tho!!
i think the moments when im lying in bed with my boyfriend and realise how perfect things are and how im getting to live the fairytale ive always dreamt of
and another would be when i went to stirling castle in scotland and i said outside it where you can look right over stirling and waaayyyy into the distance, makes you realise how small we are and how theres a whole world out there, wee not just limited to the 4 walls we live in, it was such a moment of peace, i felt like i was the only person alive at that moment

In the open top car, on the hottest day of 2002, on my way to the church to get married. :-4

My wedding day.
The day I brought my baby home.
Sitting in a tiny apartment after leaving the SOB ex husband and thinking I'd never have the guts to do it.
Sitting in my new house with new husband.
Sitting in a poker room, at a casino, surrounded by old men....and having more chips than them.
Countless nights at the lake or sitting outside, drinking brewskies with a friend or two. (more like just nothing seemed to matter at the time,eh?)

my first thought was XXX rated.
lying next to my daughter as she slept beside me wearing only her angel wings and covered in sparkle dust.
lying on the grass staring up at the clouds when they suddenly became extremely vivid and the beauty of the whole world struck me in an instant.

Sitting in our flat, watching the sun stream through the window, gentle breeze wafting through the lacy curtains, realizing I was totally content for the first time in my life. A sense of peace overwhelmed me.
Zig zagging through the camp verde hills of Arizona in my new mazda rx7. (about 100mph) :driving:
Getting my college diploma after what seemed a lifetime of waiting tables.
Watching my infants sleeping.

its not actually my kite, my boyf and i got it for his kid for his birthday so i barely got my hands on it at all!! its one of those mattress ones with two handles.... we got a small one coz hes only little but boy did it have some pull on it!! i dont know how people fly the big ones, id be dragged off into the clouds!!!
theres something to do then - when its next windy at a weekend, go fly a kite
or even more special, if you work and its windy take some leave and go fly a kite, makes you really feel like your having some you time
