So what is the allure of Twitter? I have no idea how to do it...is it via cell phone or pc?

PC. The allure-I have no idea, I think it is silly. I use my cell phone for calling people or texting my family and friends. I don't care about the latest blog entries.

waste of time in my book then. I also use my cell for texting. do you have to pay for tweeting?

I use it when my Niece is playing a game that isn't on TV and someone there is TWEETING that way I know what is going on. I can keep up on my IPhone, if I'm home on my Laptop or PC.

Both my kids in their early 20s-they won't use it either, do not want endless tweets about stuff. We just text.

And that was a hard thing on me, to revert to texting and not a phone call. I prefer a phone call to this day. I better get phone calls for my birthday and not texts.................................(didn't last holiday, this momma was very sad about that)

yeah, i like a phone call better too...as for your birthday...you share it with one of my best friends...August 20th...that makes you a Leo:-6

There right it can be endless I only use it for SPORTS nothing else and only with specific people. Yes it is free and doesn't count as a text on your phone but you need to be able to connect to the web on your phone to do it.
