Could you please extend that time limit, as I was on the phone with AT&T trying to get my computer up and running, when you first posted. Unless you would like the verbatim conversation with the computer guy in India? OK, here goes:
"Please unplug all the cords."
"Which ones?"
"The modem and the power."
"What color are they?"
"They may be yellow or gray or black."
"I've got some of each."
"Every one you can see." etc., etc., etc.
