In any good barber in London this used to be a common practice, just to finish, to seal the hair.

Yes, he said in the video that it is a practice they use in his native Italy....probs cuts down on all that hair falling on the floor.

Yeah, I was wondering what that meant too. Maybe keeps it from frizzing or splitting? :confused:
