i feel truthfully in all seriousness that if you migrate from one country to another you should do it legally and try to fit in in that country. immagrants of the past had to so should modern immagrants, you can go to a border crossing in most countries to apply for green cards or citizenship.i know that sounds bad but that is my oppinion, as far as the anthem, its a rude way of pointing out the immigration problems with most or all free nations, its amusing because almost everyone can relate to it, yet most areto shocked it was said to admit to it.

I can understand being angry when citizens of other nations enter ours and abuse our already over-burdened systems, but to take delight in denigrating their cultural customs is appalling. Punish and expunge them if you will, but please don't excoriate their cultures indiscriminately. It has an unpleasant fascist reek to it.

Given that the English themselves are an immigrant people, refreshed from time to time by influxes of Normans, French, Dutch, Scotch, Irish and French again before we even got to the 1950s and West Indian immigrants - who were invited in because we had a labour shortage - there's an element of hypocrisy here...
