Note how there's no horrible lines of where your toes begin sticking out of the cut (i hate that) Note how shaped the curve at the front to make your toes look as they should. These shoes are so comfy i just cant fault them

The shoe looks ok. I think you're standing on most of it, though, so it's hard to be sure.
Look, I'm aware that the Scots are known for their careful handling of money, but couldn't you afford a whole pair? You're going to look rather odd hopping down the high street...
Or is it now the new thing in Scotland, and whole communities are to be seen hopping round town in a single welly?????
Oh, and did you call my pint a puff?
:p

Yes, they've donated the others to the Welsh, for their "emergency relief" campaign.

Real ladies do have veins in their feet, and elsewhere.

If they were from the 'States, they'd be called "muffin tops", I should think.
They should keep your ankles warm in the winter, anyway.

Erm, no. She's a cross between Imelda Marcos (Essay: The Shoes of Imelda Marcos - TIME), an old-time tyrant (see: Pol Pot), as well as being an ex-wife, thank God in his mercy. Toecapped Jackboots or thigh boots of leather or PVC are more her style.
Anyway, *we're* s'posed to be dissing *you*!

Eurgh. "Bought" pasties.
I was down your way just now (you're in what area?), my sunburn is now subsiding and skin sloughing off like mad.
Funnily enough, my soles shed their entire surface layers at the weekend, after I'd been walking about in wet footwear, what a mess! Possibly due to Cornwall's recent wet climate (interspersed with blazing hotness).

Single shoes :-3 my boots came in pairs last time I looked.
hmmmm how many pairs well.....

there's the brown leather (i really like these) pair, the black cowboy boots (really like them too), the flat blacks for skinny jeans, the black high leg and high heel for skinnies or skirts, the scarlet red 6inch killer stiletto heels for ermm things like hen nights, black ankle under bootleg jeans pair, another pair just like that, another black pair that suit under pintstripe trousers (funeral boots or job interview boots they are), fawn suede flats for skirts and jeans, tan suede flats for the same, black suede stiletto heels for nights out, that might be about it.

:D

There were a couple of days the week before last, however as you apparently live in West Cornwall[1] you may not have noticed. I was in North Cornwall, a Long Way From You. I do know parts of West Cornwall[1], though, well Cumbarn anyway, not reely West Cornwall[1]...
I did not have any "bought pasties", they're mostly a) vile b) dear c) full of dubious ingredients. It was just the "soggy feet" mention that conjured a mental image. You can get good "bought" ones, sometimes. Better to make 'em, though, even up country.
[1] Um. West Cornwall[1]. Hmm.

Much more likely just another of the rash of trolls we've had of late, Buttercup. They resurrect threads at random and post - usually in halting English - some vague compliment... and attach a link - which probably leads to a viagra add or a Nigerian proposition, etc.

A comfortable pair of shoes is a must. I also spend top dollar on my shoes as comforts necessary as I'm on my feet all day long. I love shoes, shoes, shoes.

My favorite for comfort are Born's, Keen's, Merrell's they rock.

I have flat feet and after a day of walking the pain is unbearable. It reduces the quality of my life. A good pair of shoes eliminates the suffering. I cant really put a dollar value on improving how I feel.
I found these and they improved my days enormously. Nomad recommends them for anyone with foot pain.
