I'm just stunned......:-1

I had seen all of his movies and his best was Dirty Dancing.

I knew he didn't have long......just never expected to pass so soon.

Patrick Swayze Dies

Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.

Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008. His publicist says he died with his family at his side.

He was the star of such movies as "Ghost," "Dirty Dancing," and "Road House." Swayze was named People's Sexiest Man Alive in 1991.

He was a good man and he must have suffered greatly. My aunt died of pancreatic cancer there is no cure it is a extremely painful way to die.

RIP Mr. Swayze.

I so loved Patrick

Ghost - this movie came out the same year my husband died & I felt her lose & mine.

Sorry to hear this - Patrick put up a fight against an aggressive type of cancer.

I knew he was nearing the end but I'm still shocked and extremely sad. He was one hell of a man aside from his talents.

Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.

I only watched Ghost not long ago & often watch Dirty Dancing:-4

I also have to say rest in peace to him. He was a very decent man and a Class Act. I don't really recall any dirt on him while he was living the Hollywood life.

Many of us ladies have daydreamed about being the one up there on the screen dancing with Patrick Swayze in "Dirty Dancing".

He and his wife were married for many years.

I had read sometime last year that hm and his wife renewed their marriage vows to each other. I cannot remember if it was before or after he was diagnosed with the cancer.

It was so sad as I wept tonight watching E.T, as the show was all about him, Keanu Reeves spoke (Point Break), Baby (Dirty Dancing), sorry, as I don't remember her real name and so many others including of course Demi Moore (Ghost).

John Travolta and he were like best friends, he said his goodbye just the other day.....so many millions of people loved him as he was kind, generous, funny, caring, an inspiration to men for being a hero actor (Road House) down to millions of women who wanted to dance and marry him.

It showed him in a wheelchair and how his health deteriorated, he looked so pale, thin and you could barely tell it was him.

His wife wrote a book on their love story which is due out next month, which I will buy and read.

I will miss him.:-1

I've always loved Patrick Swayze. In the movie "Dirty Dancing"...one of my favs that I watch quite often... I loved when he returned to the resort and saw Baby in the corner, and said...."No one puts Baby in the corner." :-4

He was a spectacular dancer and a good actor. I will miss him so much:( May he RIP....
