I was thinking what an Inspiration some celebs are to young women and men these-days.

Do you have a celebrity you admire?

I myself think that Katie Price and Kerry katona are wonderful role models to young girls in this country. Both wonderful mothers and a shining example to the younger generation.

Princess Di was a wonderful role model. No one comes near her.

We live in a world where the importance of 'celebrity' is far too high. Life just seems to be about attention seeking and grabbing any which way right now.

Sorry Boops.... I can't keep it up :wah: I just caught a clip on tv of the revolting Katie Price and made me think of this thread.

Diana did Inspire many women Yes.

I tend to look more at achievements in people rather than the Glam. I honestly can't think of any celeb who Inspires me off the top of my head. I have admiration for many but not Inspiration.

Eddie Izzard has just completed his 43rd marathon for charity running the length of the country. That's quite Inspirational although how he did it in high heels, I don't know.

Cant believe you said Rowan Williams.

My father is a Doctor of Art and is currently researching for his book, based on the life of welsh artist Evan Walters. Rowan Williams is a close friend of my father's and he is endorsing his book. He is an inspirational man.

My father lectured at Coultards in London and often visted him to discuss his research.
