THE SHAKING HAS BEGUN!

Things are moving so quickly and we are out of time! The spirit of Pharaoh has entered our land! We have found out that our little town of Hardin is the 'test town' for President Obama’s new law to privatize the police force of local communities. Last night, the city council voted to disband our sheriff’s department and to bring in a private security company to police the town.

Interestingly, earlier in the day, the mayor when asked in an interview about the privatization of our police department completely denied it and said that would not be done with out a council meeting. Then that evening, a council meeting was held in regards to that very thing. At the beginning of this month, our local prison signed an agreement with the American Police Force which is a subsidiary of a larger private security force that the U.S. used in the Iraq war and Hurricane Katrina.

Yesterday, a convoy of twelve 'blacked out' Mercedes Benz SUV’s were brought into town. They were already painted with Hardin’s colors and ‘Hardin Police Force’ was already painted on them! Hardin’s sheriff’s department will no longer be in operation after the month of October. During October, the Sheriff’s Department is to train this new security force in all the logistics of running the town of Hardin. If you go on the American Police Force site, you might notice that the logo they use is actually a Russian logo. I have been told that the man who came with this new security force as the captain, has a thick Russian accent.

Earlier this month, in an interview in regards to this Hardin prison and the training center that they are planning to build, we were told that seventy five percent of the security officers that were to be trained would be ‘international’.

This private security force is already patrolling the town. They had several people stopped yesterday. Also, it appears that they are building some type of heavy duty gate at the entrances of our town.

In an interview, the American Police Force security has stated that they will stay here one month to assess the population and then they will make their permanent base here. They said they are scouting out thirty towns in the U.S. but that Hardin is the first. Also, President Obama has authorized and signed a bill for full government funding of the privatization of the police departments throughout the U.S. By the end of October, it is their plan to have all major cities locked down!

In an interview with one of the city council members, he stated that this new H1N1 shot which has not been tested will be mandatory and if a resident of our town refuses, they will be taken to our prison where they will be quarantined. A federal law has been passed that makes it mandatory that all health care workers have to take this new shot. If they do not, they will automatically loose their jobs.

The new federal law that is in place makes gives you four choices in regards to this new shot. One, you can voluntarily take it or you can refuse and be taken to a place to be quarantined, or as an alternative; if you refuse, you can have a chip placed in you to track you or a tracking bracelet which cannot be taken off. The state borders will be manned and locked down in the near future in regards to this mandatory shot.

I am also told by a reliable source that today one of the managers at a local business in Hardin was visited by this new private security force which is now the new Hardin Police Department. He is an avid hunter and they came to inform him that they had a list of all fire arms that he owned; this includes all the residents of our town, and that he would need to take his guns down to have them put a marking device on them.

Also, today, one of the main streets in Hardin was completely blocked off and they have been setting up information booths where they are passing out pamphlets with information on this new H1N1 shot.

Intercessors, I am not making up any of this information! You can go on the internet and verify most of this information from KULR 8, MSNBC or Fox news. Things have changed so quickly in the last 24 hours! Things are not and will never be the same. We are indeed going into the prophesied 'four years of captivity for America'. I believe we are about to enter into a time of persecution that the Church in America has never known! We must prepare! The good news is that this is also the time when the Glory of God will manifest itself in a way we have never known!

Paramilitary Force To Boss Internment Camp In Montana



It has now become clear that the purpose of American Police Force is to boss a state of the art internment camp that some fear will be used to incarcerate American citizens, as reports come in of the private paramilitary unit setting up roadblocks and harassing citizens in Hardin.

A CNN report on the $27 million dollar facility in Hardin Montana states that it could become “Gitmo West” and be filled with detainees from Guantanamo Bay and other terrorists. Since a majority of the American people have now been designated as potential domestic terrorists by the federal government, fears are growing that the prison camp will be used to incarcerate citizens against their will during a flu pandemic or any other declared emergency.

The Two Rivers Detention Center is a state of the art facility, festooned with surveillance cameras and surrounded by razor wire and open land to prevent escape. The camp is also filled with riot equipment such as gas masks, riot helmets, shields and batons, as well as guns.

Since the camp is currently empty, a private paramilitary unit calling itself American Police Force has been hired by local authorities to boss the facility. However, as we reported earlier, APF, which has all the hallmarks of being another Blackwater, has virtually occupied the town, festooned their vehicles with police decals and started carrying out law enforcement duties.

According to an article carried on the Steve Quayle website, 75% of the APF agents will be foreign mercenaries after training is completed and the organization’s ultimate goal is to establishment a permanent presence in the town while scouting out another 30 U.S. towns for a similar occupation-style mandate. The writer claims that APF agents are already harassing citizens, setting up roadblocks and that they told a local business owner that they had a register of all the gun owners in the town.

All of this is of course completely illegal and unconstitutional. A private army cannot pose as a police force unless we’re talking about a third world dictatorship or a banana republic, which is what the U.S. has seemingly become.

It seems that Obama’s promise of a “national civilian security force” is being implemented as private mercenary armies are brought in to occupy American towns and set up internment camps for dissidents and people who resist a federal government takeover under the pretext of a swine flu outbreak or similar pandemic

Today started not unlike any other. Except that one of my friends emailed me a story about how a company called American Police Force has moved into a town south of me called Hardin, and how they were “taking over that jail that was built and never opened. Now most Montanans are aware of this financial OOPS that was this modern jail. It was built, and never opened because it was not built to specs in accordance with prisoner housing requirements pursuant to Montana State Law.

When I started reading the KULR 8 news stations reports on this “American Police Force, it immediately made me suspicious as that is totally against the idea of police. Our police are hired and mandated by the local governments they are local to. They are required to go to what’s called POST, or Peace Officer’s Standards of Training. This school is mandatory by Montana Law prior to be appointed as a “sworn peace officer.

With these concerns in mind, I started making phone calls. I started with Becky Shay, who was the Billings Gazette reporter who initially broke the story. I spent an hour and a half with her and talked about all of the details. She and I had a positive talk where she assured me that she was “thankful for the chance to be able to talk to people like me. I was appalled to hear that this company had “no intention of revealing who their parent company is. Ms. Shay confided in me that she went from a reporter’s salary and conditions “driving a ‘99 Dodge Intrepid with a broken tie rod and bad front brakes, to “a brand new black SUV that she doesn’t have to pay the gas bill for. My jaw was on the floor. Story breaker straight to the being the mouth of the beast¦

Ms. Shay also told me that there are people in Hardin that are so grateful for APF’s presence, that they literally opened their homes to her if she needed a place to say. Now this SOUNDS great and all, but it also sounded very manufactured. This conversation went down as if Ms. Shay was trying to sell me something. I read some things about how APF arrived in Hardin, Montana with the words: Hardin Police on the door. This is IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER. They had NO RIGHT to bear that title. They are NOT sworn as peace officers. They have NO AUTHORITY!

It was shortly before I ended this call on a positive note, that Ms. Shay expressed a GREAT interest in talking to Alex. I told her that I would be contacting the AJ show. I was told by her that I was TOTALLY 100% OK’d to use ALL of the content in any further correspondence. I then called Mr. Al Pedersen who is the Executive Director of Two Rivers Authority, the financial entity that is in charge of attempting to rebuild Hardin’s infrastructure. I asked Mr. Pedersen to elaborate how a private military company could move into a town, take over a prison that did not meet Montana Code, and dare to emblazon “Hardin Police on their doors¦Mr. Pedersen cursed me out, and hung up on me. I called him back, got his voicemail, and left the message that since he could not see fit to talk to me civilly, that I would be calling all of my elected officials as well as CNN and CSPAN. No reply.

I then proceeded to call KULR8 news in Billings, Montana. They expressed concern about how a near 20 year career reporter could simply sell out and go to work for the very company SHE ousted! The person I spoke to said, “she got herself a bigger paycheck, can’t fault her for that!. This person also conceded that it was a sell out situation, and was sick. I than called the Office of the Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer. The person who answered the phone assured me that Gov. Schweitzer was watching this situation and would see to it that there was NOTHING illegal or unconstitutional going on, and that his office would NOT allow these people to overstep any legal boundaries. They didn’t want to talk about how the APF showed up labelled as “police. This conversation was abruptly ended by the intern.

I then called the Office of Max Baucus’ Billings location who denied any knowledge. Although Schweitzer, Baucus, and Mt Senator Jon Tester were sued by Two Rivers Authority to allow this prison to be used by a private entity¦wherein a judge overturned Montana Law in order to allow this prison to be used privately without disclosing where the prisoners are coming from, or their nature. This company is known to be affiliated with Blackwater Security now known as XE, as well as other PMC’s.

HARDIN – Officials from American Police Force, a California security company working to lock down a contract with Two Rivers Authority to fill and operate Hardin’s new but empty jail, provided more details Saturday of how the finished facility will look and operate.

At a Saturday morning press conference, Becky Shay, APF’s new public-relations director, said the company hopes to build a 30,000-square-foot military-style training facility northeast of the jail and a 75,000-square-foot dormitory for the trainees to the southeast, all on a 50-acre plot of land.

She said the buildings would be paid for by APF’s “business activities, including security and training, weapons and equipment sales, surveillance and investigations, and are projected to cost $17 million to build and $6 million to equip. There is also room to expand the jail, if needed.

Blackwater’s alleged consideration of legal action against APF spells more trouble for the organization after it was revealed last night that the organization’s leader, “Michael Hilton, is a career criminal who has used numerous different aliases.

American Police Force, the paramilitary unit patrolling a small town in Montana, has been exposed as being a front group for the disgraced private military contractor Blackwater, now called “Xe”.

The U.S. Training Center is run by Blackwater. Indeed, The U.S. Training Center website, can be accessed via Blackwater’s forwarding URL at Untitled Document.

According to a February 2009 NY Times article, the U.S. Training Center is a Blackwater “subsidiary that conducts much of the company’s overseas operations and domestic training.” Blackwater changed the name of the facility from its old title, Blackwater Lodge and Training Center, earlier this this when they also changed their own name to “Xe”.

Since Blackwater runs the U.S. Training Center, and the American Police Force stated on its own website, before it was deleted this morning, that it also runs the U.S. Training Center. This means that either APF is lying about running the U.S. Training Center and is therefore effectively posing as Blackwater, or APF and Blackwater are one and the same.

The fact that American Police Force attempted to hide the link by deleting the page on their website is further evidence that they are trying to conceal the fact that they are nothing more than a front group for Blackwater.

The U.S. Training Center is the training facility for Blackwater’s front group, American Police Force. This means that the new training facility that “American Police Force” are trying to build in Hardin is another Blackwater training facility.

This also means that Blackwater troops, under the guise of “American Police Force” have been patrolling Hardin, posing as law enforcement, and are also attempting to boss the $27 million dollar detention center recently built in the Montana town.

Many people have expressed suspicions that the convicted criminal running “American Police Force,” Michael Hilton, is not really the leader of the company and is merely a go between for his bosses. This is now confirmed by the revelation that APF is a front group for Blackwater.

APF’s reticence to divulge who their parent company was to reporters is also explained by the fact that they are a Blackwater front.

As the videos below discuss, Blackwater has been widely attacked for its involvement in atrocities in Iraq and Afghanistan. To have such individuals patrolling the streets of American towns posing as law enforcement and manning detention camps is a chilling precedent and all the more reason why American Police Force – or Blackwater as we should now call them – should be kicked out of Hardin immediately and face criminal charges for violating article 2 section 33 of the Montana Constitution.

The “dream” realized: The Two Rivers Detention Facility, the proudest achievement of Hardin, Montana’s political class. Sure, it’s empty now, but I’m sure those nice men in the black SUVs can do something about that….

If you build it, they will come.

That would appear to be the business plan of an enigmatic California company called American Police Force (APF), which appears to be effectively taking over the town of Hardin, Montana.

The “it” in question is a large jail facility outside Hardin, Montana, that was built several years ago but thus far remains unused. “They” refers to prisoners to fill said jail – a 114,000 square foot, 464-bed facility. APF has yet to become firmly established in Hardin (pop. 3,400), but the company’s representatives are confident “the place [meaning the jail] would start filling up by 2010.”

At present, the firm is said to be doing “market research,” an ominous prospect, given that it’s in the business of detention. And it has even spoken about the possibility of expanding the jail within a few years.

Say, that is good news – at least for the people on APF’s payroll. Since last Thursday, when company personnel rolled into town in a convoy of black Mercedes SUVs embossed with seals advertising a non-existent “City of Hardin Police Department,” the company’s payroll has increased by at least one, and possibly two, key local figures.

The first to be snapped up was Becky Shay, a former Billings Gazette reporter whose beat included the Hardin jail. Within a day of APF’s arrival, she was hired away from the paper to serve as a $60,000-a-year spokesperson for the company (a pretty hefty salary increase for a local reporter in Montana). So quickly and slickly was this career change made that Shay’s editor didn’t even know she had talked with APF about the position.

Also in “discussions” with APF is Kerri Smith, a finalist in Hardin’s mayoral race and wife of Greg Smith, Executive Director of the Two Rivers Authority (TRA). The TRA is Hardin’s economic development agency, which issued $27 million in bonds to build the jail as a public works project.

In what must be the most ill-conceived piece of civic boosterism ever to assault my senses, the TRA’s webpage presents the Hardin jail – that’s a structure intended to deprive people of their freedom, remember – as the poetic expression of a cherished dream: A YouTube video proudly displays slides of the jail set to the unbearable strains of Russell Watson’s wretched ballad “Faith of the Heart” (the musical accompaniment is heard on the TRA’s “Detention Center” webpage):

Yes, there’s nothing quite like an effeminate power ballad to capture the pure aesthetic grace of a detention camp ringed by barbed wire.

Apparently, the “long road” to building that jail didn’t end in prosperity. Since the finished jail has remained empty, the bonds have gone into default. At one point, Hardin’s city government indicated it would accept relocated detainees from Gitmo; this prompted a legal battle between the city and the Montana state government.

Last March, APF was incorporated in California. Shortly thereafter it began talks with Hardin city officials and the TRA.

City officials eventually announced an agreement with the mysterious firm that would bring in $2.6 million for use of the jail, in addition to an “investment” of $23 million to build a new training facility for military and police (which are assumed to be part of one integrated coercive apparatus, of course) on the same TRA-owned property.

The deal – which was publicly announced although the specifics were never publicly disclosed – is supposedly a cornucopia of civic benefits: New computers for the schools; a homeless shelter; a fleet of Mercedes patrol cars for the envisioned city police force; donations to the local food pantry; an animal shelter; gold-plated fixtures for the Mayor’s executive washroom. OK, I made that last one up. I think.

TRA Executive Director Greg Smith, whose wife is in discussions for a position with APF, helped negotiate the deal. Immediately after it was finished, he was put on “administrative leave,” and went to ground. (Calls from Pro Libertate to Mr. Smith’s number at the TRA were not returned.)

What appears to be happening here – and until relevant details are pried out of the prehensile grip of the people running things, we can’t know for sure – is nothing less than a corporatist-style military coup: the takeover of a small town in Montana by a politically connected, federally subsidized paramilitary organization.

At a press conference a few days ago, Becky Shay grandly announced that “The decision is the name of the parent company will not be released.”

Suspicions were immediately aroused that APF is a tentacle of the corporatist mercenary company formerly known as Blackwater, but now doing business under the odd name Xe (pronounced “Zee”). However, a press spokeswoman for Xe informed Pro Libertate that “We have no connection to that company, and had never heard of it” prior to recent developments in Montana.

Hardin may well be the first of many economically devastated communities to be given a lifeline by the burgeoning military-homeland security-prison-industrial complex. Lifelines of that kind can quickly become nooses.

HARDIN – Now that Hilton’s criminal past is revealed, concerned Montana citizens show up at the Hardin jail demanding answers.

Both APF and Two Rivers Authority officials tell us they were aware of Hilton’s checkered past but still believe in his promise to bring prisoners to Hardin.

Toni Myers drove from Columbus, Montana, in search of answers in the ongoing story between the Hardin Jail and American Police Force. “I want to know who they are, where they’re coming from, and who they’re bringing with them, said Myers.

“My job is not to give you the answers you want my job is to give the information I’ve been employed to release or not release, said APF spokesperson Shay.

Shay spent all day answering questions from media members and the public after an AP story linked the security firm’s leader Michael Hilton to multiple bankruptcies and convictions for more than a dozen felonies.

Perhaps we were too hasty in calling “American Police Force a militia. Now it appears to be just a big scam against a poor little town.

The man behind APF, Michael Hilton, claimed he was a military expert, but he’s actually just a huge, enormous liar who has done jail time and should be turned into a pariah:

His criminal record goes back to at least 1988, when Hilton was arrested in Santa Ana, Calif. for writing bad checks.

Beginning in 1993, Hilton spent six years in prison in California on a dozen counts of grand theft and other charges including illegal diversion of construction funds.

The charges included stealing $20,000 in a real estate swindle in which Hilton convinced an associate to give him a deed on property in Long Beach, Calif., ostensibly as collateral on a loan. Hilton turned around and sold the property to another party but was caught when the buyer contacted the original owner.

After his release, he got entangled in at least three civil lawsuits alleging fraud or misrepresentation. Those included luring investors to sink money into gold and silver collectible coins; posing as a fine arts dealer in Utah in order to convince a co uple to give him a $100,000 silver statue; and, in the case involving co-defendant Carella, seeking investors for an assisted living complex in Southern California that was never built.

Hardin officials, however, will not be dissuaded: Al Peterson, vice-president of the city’s economic authority, insists his city will still turn over its jail to Hilton: “It’s a solid deal.

Attorney General orders secretive paramilitary group to turn over all its records



The plans of American Police Force to boss the $27 million dollar detention center in Hardin Montana as well as expand their presence across the country while training foreign troops inside the U.S. could be mothballed after Montana’s Attorney General launched an investigation and demanded the organization turn over all its records.

Suspicions that the paramilitary unit, which attempted to pose as law enforcement in Hardin last week by placing decals on SUV’s that read “Hardin Police Department, is a cut-out or a front group for a larger company, may be realized after AG Steve Bullock ordered Hardin city officials to turn over all their documents related to their dealings with APF by October 12.

“His office made a similar demand of American Police Force, including information that would back up (Michael) Hilton’s claims of multiple defense contracts with the U.S. government and other agencies, reports the Associated Press.

As we have highlighted, APF grandstands as a major player in the world of international private security, even claiming on its own website that it runs the U.S. Training Center, a Blackwater or “Xe owned facility. This has led many to claim that the company is a shell or a front organization for something far more sinister, rumors that have only grown with APF’s blanket refusal to name its parent company.

The investigation was prompted by the revelation yesterday that APF founder “Captain Michael Hilton is a career criminal and a convicted fraudster who has operated under no less than 17 different aliases. Hilton, a native of Montenegro, was sentenced to 6 years in jail in 1993 for “Such schemes you cannot believe, according to Joseph Carella, an Orange County, Calif. doctor, namely a dozen counts of grand theft. Hilton has defrauded numerous different individuals to the tune of $1.1 million dollars over the past 20 years.

APF’s plans to construct another facility in Hardin that will train international paramilitary forces also looks doomed following intense media scrutiny of the organization’s shady dealings with local authorities and their probable violation of article 2 section 33 of the Montana Constitution.

Judging by the reaction of Attorney Becky Convery, who negotiated the original deal between Hardin authorities and APF, the contract to man the detention center and build the training facility could be torpedoed.

“Convery said Two Rivers director Greg Smith had a tentative deal with Hilton’s company to provide law enforcement service, but she said it was never finalized and she was uncertain whether it would be legal, reports the AP.

“We are not at all pleased with American Police masquerading as if they were the police for the city of Hardin, she said.

American Police Force and Hilton are now obviously engaging in desperate damage control, trying to offset concerns that they were on the verge of transforming the town into a “privately run police state, as the AP article puts it, before press scrutiny forced them to put the breaks on.

Hilton has now pledged to donate the SUV’s that were marked with the police decals to the city while still pushing ahead with plans to provide law enforcement for the area for $250,000 a year. The fact that APF’s training center plans to recruit foreign assets who could then be patrolling the streets of America bossing U.S. citizens is obviously a frightening prospect, completely unconstitutional, and another reason why APF needs to abandon its plans to act as a private police force completely.

I should also add that this story blew up in the mainstream media today. The Boston Herald, USA Today, it's all over the place.

But ironically, it hasn't really broke mainstream media on the television yet. Now you're guess is as good as mine as to why that is. This story should be on every news channel on tv!

They're trying to turn us into a second world nation here folks! The dollar is weakening, people are starting to freak out, and it's not ok that Blackwater is taking over a FEMA camp here in the USA folks! They built this camp in 2007 under the Bush administration knowing that they would be able to fulfill their plans for it down the line! And now it's happening, right before our very eyes.

If the American People don't jump on this now, we are screwed. APF (American Police Force - what a joke because they are not American) has already announced plans to import thousands of more foreign mercenaries to patroll other cities within the US, and that they do plan to spread out further around the country!

This is crazy! What are we living in? Nazi Germany? It could turn out to be just like that folks if we don't put a stop to it right now!

How the hell is this guy Michael Hilton (the leader of APF) even allowed to be around firearms!? Let alone be allowed to run security for and be in charge of policing an entire town? Instead of panicking, what is needed is the same calm deliberation of the founding fathers and time for another 1776! You did it once and you can do it again. How many people in Hardin? Versus how many AFP? Simple. Show them what the right to bear arms REALLY means!

Yes but violence is exactly what these people are hoping for. We cannot fall into that trap, because violence leads to chaos, this is what Ghandi knew and this is why we can not sink down to their level.

Like you said, we need to remain calm, we need to use our brains (the most powerful muscle we have) and we need to keep on putting on the pressure. We can not let them get away with this.

When the scene started to unfold in Hardin, Montana, my first reaction could best be described as an overwhelming feeling of despair. The thought that our worst fears were coming true so soon literally sent chills down my spine. Talk of foreign troops on American soil and secret, empty detention centers appeared to be taking shape before our very eyes. Scary stuff indeed.

But as the hours and days unfolded and more light was shined upon this story, it became less of a looming threat and more like an engrossing tabloid scandal.

One look at the Napoleonic Michael Hilton (or whatever one of the several aliases you’ve come to know him by) soft soaping the locals was reminiscent of some of the characters I’d met during my 17 years as a private investigator. I was occasionally employed to inquire into the backgrounds of a client’s potential business partner(s) and over the years I developed a knack of “sizing-up some of these slick operators into often stereotypical profiles.

Hilton was one such character. The very choice of a recognizably wealthy name for an alias sent up an immediate red flag. Then the other familiar flashy dresser driving expensive cars, staying in the priciest digs in town and throwing money around like so much confetti is essential to a good con. These things are meant to distract the masses from responsible business practice by mesmerizing them with “bread and circuses.

The curiosity about this guy led me to the web-site americanpolicegroup.com where I literally broke out in laughter. This thing looks like somebody’s wet dream; a fantasy company one might create for a video game or a big screen adaptation of a comic book.

I mean look at those screen shots: Choppers coming out of an “Apocolypse Now sunset? Soldiers in action poses with automatic pistols in each hand. Who are they trying to appeal to? 16 year olds? Certainly not serious clients looking for a company that practices restraint and professionalism. These images would best be suited on a poster advertising the next Quentin Tarantino flick.

Talk about ambitious. Not even “Blackwater has the resources that this company claims to have. And the array of services that they offer is quite frankly absurd. The licensing, personnel and insurance alone would be on a scale that would make it impossible for this company to be kept under the radar so long or to rise out of nowhere so soon.

It was during this perusal that something occurred to me. In all the articles I have read, no one addressed the issue of the services they advertise and the licenses required for those services. I am very familiar with laws pertaining to Private Investigators and I know that the State of California is very strict with how a licensed private investigator conducts his business.

“American Police Force is a California corporation and in order to advertise for investigative services in the State of California, one must be licensed and the licensee must advertise using the name that the license is issued under. I went to the website of Verify a License - Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. This is the website for the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). They have a database that anyone can use to verify a license. You simply put in the name the company is advertising under and it will tell you whether that company is a licensed firm. As I suspected, no matches were found. They are not licensed to operate as a Private Investigator nor as a Security Operator (required to provide bodyguard services). I knew this would be the case going in because the State of California will not issue a license to a company that has the word “police as part of its company name. Use of the word “police in the context of any license is strictly forbidden by California State law.

On the contact page of “American Police Force is the phone number (714) 647-3000. This is a Santa Ana, California number and is listed as their “West Coast Mainline. Providing this number for the purposes of inquiring about investigative services as they are advertised on the American Police Force website is a violation of California State law and punishable under the Private Investigator’s Act which states:

“Unlicensed persons who represent themselves as licensed or act as private investigators are committing a misdemeanor and may be jailed for up to one year and fined $5,000.

As an added measure, I attempted to reach someone by phone at BSIS to do a verbal verification but found they were closed today (Oct. 2) in accordance with the Governor’s furlough mandate.

I was able to file a complaint online at Unlicensed And Unregistered Activity Lead - Bureau of Security and Investigative Services with the “Unlicensed Activity Action Unit so they could follow up. I’m sure the more complaints filed will result in a better chance that this issue receives the attention it deserves.

Returning to the contact page of “American Police Force also brought to my attention an “East Coast Mainline phone number of (202) 3.... This is a Washington D.C. number. After some research I determined that responsibility for security and private investigator’s licenses came under the jurisdiction of the “District of Columbia Security Officer’s Manager’s Branch. I phoned them at (202) 671-0500 and spoke with an Officer Francis who verified that “American Police Force was not licensed to operate as a private investigation agency or as a security firm. She confirmed that if “American Police Force was in fact advertising and offering investigative services under that name and directed inquiries to that Washington D.C. number, then they would be in violation of the law. She sounded very concerned and assured me that she would conduct inquiries into the matter “today. When I asked if she had heard of “American Police Force or the scandal in Montana concerning them she said she had not.

The one conclusion I’m drawing from all this is that “American Police Force is a scam of epic proportions. If, in fact, there is some larger entity driving this company from behind the scenes, it appears (at least to this observer) that they are an utterly incompetent, motley crew of bumbling con artists that may (at best) inspire an interesting screenplay along the lines of a low-budget “Ocean’s 11¦.except with a very ugly cast.

A sobbing spokeswoman for the secretive company occupying the Hardin jail welcomed an investigation by Montana’s attorney general Friday and expressed concerns for her own safety amid rumors about her company.

Becky Shay, in a 45-minute, wide-ranging press conference during which she occasionally broke into tears, said the California-based American Police Force welcomed an information request made Thursday by Montana Attorney General Steve Bullock.

Meanwhile, an attorney involved in the project cut ties with APF Friday and a second company, once named as a subcontractor, denied any involvement.

Shay said she hadn’t been formally served papers by the attorney general, who said he is concerned that APF might be violating the Montana Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act. APF has reached a multimillion-dollar agreement with Hardin’s economic development arm, Two Rivers Authority, to run the empty Hardin jail, built two years ago to house inmates under contract. She said she had read of Bullock’s request in the news media.

Hardin, Are You Really That Hard Up?

Maybe paramilitary makes sense, since we’re fighting a pair o’ wars.

It sounds like the plot of a straight-to-DVD espionage black comedy, but unfortunately the bizarre story of Hardin’s albatross of an empty jail just keeps getting more uncomfortably weird, and even Jim Carrey and a handful of mushrooms couldn’t make this **** funny. Now it has taken a chilling turn that requires immediate action.

The American Police Force (I’m sorry, I can’t type that name without laughing, thinking about “Team America: World Police”) was incorporated in some Kinko’s in Southern California last spring, just after Hardin announced that its unused, 27-million-dollar prison would be accepting detainees from Gitmo. But what the hell is the American Police Force? So far, the APF has yet to show that it has anything to offer beyond a bush league website and three SUV’s.

APF’s head miscreant Michael Hilton and his posse arrived in Hardin last week, driving three Mercedes SUV’s that were emblazoned with logos identifying them as the “City of Hardin Police Department.” A box of glazed donuts on the dashboard completed the image. Residents were understandably confused, as Hardin doesn’t, uh, have a police department. When someone gets stabbed with a screwdriver at the trailer park, or a shoplifter is nabbed with a ham in his pants, it’s the Big Horn County Sheriff who gets the call.

It occurred to me that the precedent has been set for some opportunistic action in Hardin. I mean, what’s to stop a guy from filling about 30 jerry cans with water, lining them up in the back of his Suburban, and spray-painting “City of Hardin Fire Killah” on the side? Nothing, apparently. There’s definitely a need. Seems like every time I pick up the newspaper, Hardin has a new fire to put out.

Here’s the latest one: Hilton has been exposed as a convicted felon who changes names more often than Roman Polanski changes his story. Hilton, whose real name may or may not be Midrag Ilia Dokovich, is originally from Montenegro, a tiny fragment of the former Republic of Yugoslavia. He spent a few years in Southern California, doing crimes ranging from grand theft to DUI. He apparently filed for bankruptcy twice in quick succession, mostly to avoided getting evicted from his apartment.

So we’ve got this guy who’s as hinky as a pork chop in a kosher deli, and suddenly he barrels into Hardin, offering a badass paramilitary outfit that’s going to police the prison and hire local thugs for training, thereby saving the town from going under? Well, guess what. If it sounds too weird to be true, it probably is. It looks like Hilton/Dokovich is just a shirt-tail stooge for Blackwater, the disgraced private military security outfit that won a billion dollar no-bid contract to conduct operations in Iraq a few years ago. You remember Blackwater—they were charged by the FBI with the murder of 17 innocent people in a Baghdad shooting spree. Their operators were accused in several other unprovoked shootings of Iraqi civilians as well, some of which are still under investigation. Understandably, the U.S. subsequently yanked their license to kill.

Since this Hardin/APF deal surfaced, resourceful reporters have been doing some digging and have discovered that the American Police Force is just a dopey front for Blackwater, which changed its name to Xe, in the hopes that people will forget their My Lai-like behavior in Iraq. They could give a rat’s ass about the Hardin jail; what’s really giving Blackwater a boner is the opportunity to set up a training facility in the area. These Steven Seagal-worshipping douchebags are nothing more than testosterone-addled mercenaries who don’t care what flag they’re fighting under, as long as they get to waste somebody. If you can imagine an entire army of dudes like Psycho from “Stripes,” you’ll have a pretty good idea of what we’re looking at here.

Seriously, is this what we want going on in the Last Best Place? A bunch of crack-brained killers and SEAL washouts being trained for worldwide mayhem? I would say these guys have read too many John le Carré novels, but I doubt they can read anything more complex than “Light Fuse And Run.” They should set up shop in Texas. They love this kind of ****.

Hardin city officials are refusing to acknowledge that this whole scenario is as treacherous and crazy as it’s starting to look. Three Hardin officials flew to California earlier this month to meet with APF’s brain trust, to negotiate a 10-year contract. Once they returned to Hardin, it was as if the trio had become the three wise monkeys, but they were all speak-no-evil. They’d seen documents, they said. They’d met people, they said. The money’s there, they said. But they would not divulge the name of the parent company (perhaps they can’t pronounce “Xe”), nor would they give any details that might help calm the mounting suspicions and concerns of the locals. “Just be patient,” they said. “It’s a good deal,” they said. “Now, where can I get a one-way ticket to Switzerland at this hour,” they said.

I have a feeling this story is going to blow up like a C4 booby trap in a Blackwater lunchbox. Right-wingers are already all over the blogosphere, trying to convince everyone that the whole thing is a training ground for “Obama’s private army.” Conspiracy theorists are shuddering with orgasmic glee over all the dark possibilities raised by the paramilitary Cone of Silence that’s lowered over Hardin.

Go ahead and see for yourself—check out the American Police Force website. Nice coat of arms, huh? Funny, it’s the same one used by Serbia. Come on, Hardin, snap out of it! We can’t just wait for the movie.

Well the good news is, that it appears that these people have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I also believe that this situation will fizzle out in Hardin after these people are driven out because too much light has been shed on the subject, and I will bet money that these people are heading on a one way ticket to exactly where they came from.

However, if another situation like this one ever springs up in the future (and this one could have very well gotten out of hand if it was to continue) you can bet Alex Jones, Steve Quayle, and all the others will be right on top of it, and you can bet thousands of others will be on top of it as well. Including myself, who will definately post it on this forums and others.

So...as it appears now...these people are in big trouble. So perhaps we can breath a brief sigh of relief until the next strange situation pops up.

I would also like to add that I am extremely proud of some of my fellow Americans for jumping on this right away, and it makes me feel good to know that there are still so many true patriots willing to protect this country from tyranny.
