Between carpal tunnel and arthritis, peeling potatoes is a nightmare for me. I'll have to try it that way. Thanks KE for posting this. :-6

I am going to try the same thing with fresh carrots, just a couple to see if it works, as they are time consuming and it kills my back standing.
