Just out of curiosity, what were your last 5 concerts?
Mine were:
Allison Krauss
Dixie Chicks in Nashville
Dixie Chicks in Memphis
Aerosmith in Nashville
A music festival with several artists, but the 2 I remember were Faith Hill and Charlie Pride

I would give/do/say/act/etc/etc anything....to have seen Garth. I can only hope he comes back someday. He's my all-time fav country singer.
(However, wouldn't trade my Aerosmith concert, it was awesome) :guitarist

Heh Heh well darn I guess we are at an impasse hehehe
Oh Garth was the best concert of all I have seen. He is an amazing person, he was here just shortly after the Oklahoma bombings so his song Change was awesome. He was the first concert I took my girls too and they were quite young but still remember him.

I saw Aerosmith the week after the World Trade Center ordeal and they were very patriotic, even showing a video in the background of Joe Perry playing a guitar and zooming in on a inscription on the guitar that read "Made in the USA".....drove the crowd wild!

Ah the power of music huh, really quite amazing isn't it.
I really liked John Cougar's concert, we had row 5 on the floor seats, we were not married at the time and had no kids, we took a good friends teen daughters along (young teens) and when JC started to play the stage was rushed and quite literally we had people climbing up over top of us and the girls so JC stopped and told the crowd to go back to their seats and he won't play until they did, or he would have security remove anyone. It was cool. However we had to stand on our seats for the entire show as that is what everyone did but still I was impressed he dis-allowed the rush to the stage.

Led ZepplinJives, I am SOOOO jealous!!! You got to see Floyd??? Was that with the original members? Or the more recent group? Either would have been great.
I noticed some folks talking about Garth Brooks. He was one of my favorite country singers, till I heard an interview he did. He said that he could record and sing any damn thing, including himself howling off-key and country fans weren't bright enough to recognize that it wasn't music. I went home that very day, collected every CD I had, and traded them all in.
ANYway...to answer the original question...The only concert I count, the best one I have ever seen, is Creed. What an incredible show they put on. They sounded fantastic, and the pyrotechnics were mind-blowing. Damn, but I miss Scott Stap. He made the band with that distinctive voice. :yh_sigh

Just went to the Crue and was not impressed - Maybe cuz I am OLD LOL Saw them in college and thought it was sooooo great..hmmmmm now I just had a headache..LOL
Did u check Ebay for tickets for Kenny?..a trick I learned..wait till about 7 days before and check and some people get stuck and never get $$ and have to relist - we saw him in Souix City for 40$ a ticket instead of 75$..It was great - 6th row too..
