To pass away the hours he's just bought a flight simulator for his pc. He's crashed on take off twice, flown into treess and mountains and there is an instuctors voice booming across the lounge while I'm trying to watch Judge Judy. he's had it only one hour and already it is extremely annoying

Tell him to keep at it. Practice makes perfect they say, except in my case. I finally managed to get airborne but couldn't down any enemy planes unless I kamakazied 'em. Made me nutsy.

Oscar, you should encourage him to use headphones ! My son has headphones on when others are in the room, and we can watch TV while he flies ! Neither interferes with the other and all is good! There should be a socket on the PC where you can plug in headphones. We use the ones that we had for a cassette recorder :wah:
