There is something exciting about sitting here in California, watching a movie on cable, accessing a New Zealand Bank savings account and transferring money from savings to checking to pay a couple of bills. Gives one a real sense of power. What an era we live in. And just think---some people are moving gazillions with a simple click of the mouse.

I must say it does get things done quicker. I haven't sent a bill in the mail in over 3 years. I don't even have bills mailed don't need the paper, or them in my mailbox gone green as they say. If I need a paper copy I print it my choice. All my bills are done online takes seconds to check the box and say pay. Some are set up to make reoccurring payments monthly for the same amount requires 1 time setup and done.
