I saw this live on Oprah the day it aired. I must tell you that I did have a nightmare about this. This poor woman at least said she isn't in any pain. It pained me and made me cry. I never thought I would say this but I am grateful that she cannot see herself. I also learned to be grateful for what I have and to never take life for granted. She is a brave and beautiful woman who deserves all the kindness and love she can get. :-1

That poor lady!

Its strange how we see chimps as cuddly, cute humanlike animals and yet this "Pet" inflicted horrific injuries.

That poor woman, all for just helping a friend. I did not see it on Oprah but heard recently that chimps were the meanest animal to keep as pets. Must have been a result of this show that the warning was given. I am so glad that she can not see herself but just touching herself must be horrible. I too am grateful for what we have.
