You know what I have found to be the ultimate technique for meditation?

It's a very simple technique. All you have to do, is find a completely silent place, where you can make a bed for yourself, and where you can shut out the light from the World (make it as dark as possible), and make sure that there is no noise whatsoever, so that your concentration does not have any interference, and it's best to do this when you are in a semi-tired state but not tired enough to fall asleep, and lay down (I have noticed that on my stomach seems to be the best way to do this, but not on a pillow just laying flat on the bed, face down but to the side) and close your eyes, but don't hold them closed, let them gently close and don't use any energy to keep them that way, just let them be closed on their own, and the last part of this technique is to forget that you are alive and on planet Earth. Thats the most important step of this technique. Just forget that you even exist. Stay in this state of mind for about 1 hour. Thats all it takes. And when you come out of this trance and come back into your body, watch how amazing you feel inside and out. Feels like you have been rejuvinated in every way possible.

Try it. It really works. It's different than sleeping because when you sleep and dream you still know that you exist. In this case you are completely shut down, and non-existant. Nothing can harm you and you know of nothing while you are in this trance. If you start to get a weird tingling sensation all throughout your body but one that feels really good, then the process is working.

It's kind of like a medically induced coma that doctors use sometimes and where people get miraculous cures for some of their illnesses.

I know what you mean. I get the same feeling when I go to my local cemetery at night and climb into one of the unused crypts, slide the concrete top shut, making it totally dark and silent. Refreshing.

I like this part the best: If you start to get a weird tingling sensation all throughout your body but one that feels really good, then you know that the process is working. :lips:

By the way, don't think about anything while you are doing this meditation. If you don't exist than how could you think of something? It messes everything up. Just be completely gone.
