I can only say "I love you" to my daughter without laughing or feeling nauseous. I can't lie. I'm terrible at it.

I have a harder time learning what not say. I can be pretty blunt.

I'm the same way koan....I constantly put my foot in my mouth.

Asking for help is hard for me. Not so much advice, but for example, needing help with the baby or around the house. Anything that would keep someone from doing what they need to do.

I can not say ..NO - -and everyone knows it..

My hubby and mom thinks I need to start soon..if you ask me to babysit even though I have plans..I will say yes..If you ask me for money...for something important..I will yes..I am a BIG SUCKER...:( I am learning, I really am..

When my first husband left us, I was going through treatments for cancer, and was a mother with 4 small children, the last being 7 months old at the time.. I ended up moving into a apartment for low income people....ALL of my neighbors were either crack heads or were nasty...I ended up feeding their kids, checking them for lice, helping them with their homework etc.. my mom came to visit (she lived 4 hours away) and she was sooo mad at me.. She said first of all --your moving, and secondly get these kids out of your house and make their parents take care of them...Things are very different now and I just think back and remember making extra mac-n-cheese for the kids because their mom wasn't there to cook for them. I sue to stretch our food to feed them?? Dumb huh? ... I really learned a lot about "helping people" and being "taken advantage of".. Don't think I was really dumb, just way to soft hearted..

Call people by their first name. Especially over and over like a salesman. Feels invasive.

sorry...just saw this. This is called cluster reduction. You reduce /s/ clusters to make it easier to say. In our state, we would put a child into therapy at the age of 5 for cluster reduction. I bet his last name isn't an /s/ blend...is it? He is just making his blends more simple.

Can he make an /s/ blend sound in isolation...just /st/, /st/, /st/, /st/? Can he do that over and over again?
