Pookles!! My fridge just died

And in this searing summer heat that is a mega pain in the rear end. And also in the sweating chequebook - which already got massacreed this weekend to provide a set of second hand wheels for one otherwise movement challenged offspring. Bugger.
This is one of the very rare occasions when I don't want anyone to rush off to my offshore bank website bearing the usual large amounts of money, diamonds, gold, frankincense and myrrh!!
BUT lots and lots of sincere, heartfelt sympathy would be deeply appreciated (and might score you a bit of leeway when my people visit to collect the monthly tribute - know wha' I mean! :sneaky:)

Bummer use the neighbors, and ice chest till you get a replacement. Nothing worse than the fridge going out in the heat of summer. :-6 I feel your pain Pammie..

gosh if you were here right about now AP you could use my back deck, oh wait then everything would be froze..
aw AP I hope you get something to replace it soon wish I could send you a couple hundred bucks to help you out.

Memo to Luigi Da Rat: Show your gentle side when paying the usual call to the above two punters. Oh that's right, you don't have a gentle side. Well, don't key their cars this time or let the tyres down, or in Mink's case, respect her sled and don't mess with da huskies.. Capeesh.

Im sorry for your tragedy, but Im sure it had a happy life and Ill bet you made it feel like a part of the family.

OMG... mrsK has just reminded me of the full awfulness of this tragic situation.

Nomad - yes, you are right. The fridge had a happy life. It knew it was cherished.
