The crooks! Stole the shovels from the invalid's house, ho-ho-ho and all to them.

I'm out to try and buy at least one today, they are calling for freezing rain on Christmas morning. But I have little hope of finding one.........luckily I keep the snowblower in the house.

:wah: I will never be a Grinch, it was just mean. They would never shovel my driveway, I remember once when we first brought my husband home, after a doctor visit it had snowed and iced. The wheel chair ramp was iced, I sent my son up and down the street for someone to help us. No one was home, or never answered the door. (yes, I am skeptical about that, I knew some were home) I would never put ourselves in that position again, it is why I started to get in better physical shape, to take him up and down that ramp. Luckily, he is in a walker now, but in an emergency, I might have to carry him to the car. I could do it if needed, hopefully.
I found a nice shovel at Home Depot, so I am prepared if need be again.

You are a dear, minks.
They had just put some out, and I grabbed a good one. Nice and safe, inside the house!

Oh, a heated shed. That sounds like a good luxury indeed.
We are nice and snug in here, and no school again today. Roads are still kind of iffy, I shall wait to see if we go in for that last day tomorrow.

The door is always open.
I think all you need is a little push, you're right there on the edge. One more theft, someone gives you Mein Kampf for Christmas and you are ours.

Aw we had about 2 inches fall last nite, roads are messy, slippery and slidey and it was -11C when I headed in for work. Nice and snug and cozy at my desk, no wait no no no, more like I am grudgingly here hehehehe

Oh Chonsi,
That is so awful. How could anyone be that desperate:mad:
We had some little buggers come into my neighbor's yard this summer and steal 2 bikes from outside his shed. We all lock everything up now. Such a shame though. It's very scary to think that someone would come into your yard and not care if they're caught.
I'm so sorry that this has happened to you:(

Oh Chonsi:-4
Good for you. How your neighbors could not answer their door was awful. Next time you'll just have to call the police. Good luck to you and family. It's very sad to think that your neighbors wouldn't help during an emergency.

Sorry about the theft of your property, chonsi. This happens to the best of us, unfortunately.
Nomie, now I know to whom I will deliver these:
