This only occured to me this afternoon. Do we really know how others view us? Not our close loved one's but the very day folk in the street.
A Conversation between myself and Mr O this afternoon.
Me... Who were you talking to out in the lane?
Mr O... That was, oh you know.
Me... No, I don't know who you mean
Mr O.. Oh, thingy from the next road
Me... No.. still don't know who you mean
Mr O... Yes you do... oh what was his name again?
Me... I don't know who your talking about.
Mr O... Oh what's him name.
Me... Who?
Mr O... You know... Dopey Bollocks
Me... Oh you mean Ryan
Mr O... yeah, that's him.

Mr O has come home In the past and told me that while out he's seen:
Her with the hair.
The wierd one.
The woman with the skanky family
Him with the eyebrows
The woman who's no stranger to a fish and chip supper
The dopey one
The miserable bastard.
Every time, I've known exactly who he was talking about.

In conversation with people when they ask where you live, we do get asked 'Are you on the edge of the field, You know, the house with 3 dogs that bark alot? Ahemm
