hot flashes.....buy a little fan, I had 2, 10.00 each

they run by battery, not those tiny stupid ones, they are around 4 inches high.

I had one at home and one in my purse.

blow it on your face and head..this cools down the heat.

mood swings.....been there my entire life.:-5

have you asked your doctor if your cramps should be worse?

Hi Southern Yankee,

The other day you asked how to send a picture from you cell phone. I finally learned how to do it. You don't need internet access to do it. You can also send pictures from an old cell phone.

1st, you have to read your manual on how to take and store a picture on your cell phone. Then you have to have a place to download your picture to...like photobucket. It's a free site.

I have a Verizon Crave....Here's the prompts that I went through....

**I saved a picture on my cell phone

Then I clicked on these prompts....

*menu

*media center

*my pictures

*click on picture that you want

*hit send

*picture message

*to

*dial pad

*change 123 to abc (That changes the numbers on dial pad to letters)

*done

*type in your email address

*send

It's a little tricky at first...put keep trying....

When you receive your picture, save it on 'my picture area' of your computer, and then you can upload it to FG or photobucket.

Good luck....

Do they have that there?? NO, you don't have to have small children. or ones that live at home, either of any age. It was very nice. They had dances, and many other activities. Where i met many nice people. Of both sexes. Look into it. Or many churches have singles groups. I did join one of them too. Getting out really helped me.:)
